Hampton Inn Aiken - Hotel in Aiken - 100 Tamil Dr, USA

I like to stay at Hampton Inns because I like their style. This hotel was a nice Hampton Inn. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the breakfast choices and coffee was good. Staff was friendly at check in and at the breakfast one morning, stopping to chat with us about the area. Housekeeping texted me twice to make sure everything was going well! We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves both times we used it. The only thing I would say is that leaves had drifted into the pool and it seems no one was scooping them out, so my husband grabbed the net and did it himself and there were not a lot of pool towels available. Lots of good parking and location is convenient to area restaurants and shopping. I am glad we stayed!

My husband and I stayed over due to work for Sound Proof . This hotel is excellent on all counts. Clean, private, much tranquillity. The receptionist, Ms. Angel was very kind and hospitable. And Ms. Lou and Sonia were helpful and cooked an excellent breakfast. Loved their jacuzzi. A plus must be mentioned aside from all hotel utilities; you have so many stores and restaurants. A total win win.

My spouse and I recently stayed here for the Masters and we enjoyed our experience! The staff went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. They even wrote a sweet handwritten note to welcome us. They keep the rooms nice and tidy. We felt immediately comfortable and relaxed while there. It is an older hotel but, the staff works hard to keep everything well maintained. The hotel offers a great location minutes from downtown Aiken and just a short drive from Augusta National. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Aiken or Augusta.

Aside from the fact the hotel was dark and dingy, the bed was uncomfortable and not up to the standard of this chain. The worst thing though, was the fact they charged me a "pet fee" for my registered service dog, despite the fact the dog was introduced as a service dog to the front desk staff. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund, so far to no avail.||There is a Hilton Garden Inn nearby, it is a much more solid choice.

Thankful they had a room, Nice room and size. shower wasn't the cleanest. The shower gel smelled amazing and completely loved it.

I was not able to stay here, there was a mix up with my reservation resulting in the hotel being fully booked. Dupree the manager on duty handled the situation beautifully, she called other hotels reached out to Hampton reservations and when I had to cancel she waived the cancelation fee due to it being no fault of my own. Dupree was absolutely fantastic!!

Front desk was friendly (even by Southern standards) but still very efficient. For instance, we were in town to visit friends and family and happened to drive past the hotel, so we stopped in to see if they’d let us check in a few hours early. The agent said our room wasn’t clean yet, but since it wasn’t busy at the front desk, she moved us to another room on the fly so we could drop our bags and “freshen up.”
