Magic In Seabrook||Once Upon A Time…||||A kind but flighty and overly trusting lady needed a place to stay while she closed on a property in Hampton. ||||Little did she realize, Hampton Falls Inn was a magical place! After paying and finding living bugs (she’s not the Cinderella nature type) and overpowering mold stench in the room, she decided it would be best to find other accommodations that would not impact the infant & children. ||||She politely approached the desk, where a magical man happily exclaimed “chargeback within 3 business days ma’am!” ||||Days pass, but his words did not come true. The lady called and left her name, and the Magical Transforming Manager Medley began!||||Over the next 6 months, *many managers* return her calls and dangle her refund, lamenting the cursed business days between chargeback and reality. ||||Finally, she makes it back to the mystical land of Hampton Falls to request it in person.||||Imran is aghast at her struggle, and helpfully prints her receipt. He calls four other people speaking at length in another language. He then again encouraged the lady to call Monday, as he would be there with the final boss “General Manager” who will refund her! Finally!||||Monday, the sun rises and unfortunately Imran is not there. Again, somehow, the manager’s name has changed from “Sric” to “Ismael”. How perplexing!||||Tuesday, Imran is so very happy to take her call. He had an appointment Monday, whoops. Oh, wait- no, actually it was an unexpected emergency! And behold, Dear Reader- Imran is now a manager! He sadly now cannot hear her, as her call is just continually breaking up. ||||Let this be a warning to others of the magical managerial turnover rate and propensity to just blatantly lie to customers at Hampton Falls Inn!
This place is so terrible, if you can go anywhere else or sleep in your car I’d recommend that instead. The place smells, mold growing on headboard, bathroom door won’t shut, sliding door lock is broken so a piece of wood is holding it shut but you still can open it a few inches. The pool is water is greenish and the bottom of it is filthy and it smells disgusting. The hot tub has plywood and a folding table on top of it. There’s more I could go on about.. this place is ghetto and gross af.
We got to our room and there was a bag full of used towels on the floor toothpaste all over the bathroom door. The microwave was absolutely disgusting with food all in it and sticky. They changed our rooms which was nice but when we went in the lotions were used and the sink leaked from the bottom every time we turned it on.. absolutely horrible place to stay and we wasted 250 bucks 😡
I enjoyed my stay the hotel is in good shape for being a bit older. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was a plus. The hotel is 13 minutes away from the main street and the beach. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in hampton beach.
So ya. The online picture make it look like a great place. Looks clean. Looks up to date. But Looks are deceiving. The beds are hard as a rock. The water pressure is dull. Food left in the fridge and oh shall I mention the soft spots In the floor. Glad I didn't fall thru. The front desk clerk has no host manners. Over all. If I didn't foolishly pre pay for this place I wouldn't have stayed. People spend the extra money on a better place than this place. I stayed but never will again.
I booked a room for 3 beds… I was sent to a room with two beds that was filthy, used cups beds unmade, smelled like an old ashtray… Went back down stairs and told the man the room hadn’t been cleaned and that I reserved a 3 bed room…. he says no problem and gives me another key… this room is clean but still only has 2 beds… I hate complaining so I just accepted it because I booked this hotel with the amenities of an indoor pool a hot tub and a game room, restaurant, mini golf, breakfast in the morning…. there’s no game room… no hot tub… no mini golf… no restaurant and the pool is unsafe…. and the “breakfast” is literally a 12x12 pastry display, there’s nowhere to even sit and eat breakfast. We ask for towels… hotel doesn’t have any extra towels? The three people that have been working the desk barely speak english and there’s no manager here to speak to…. I paid $247 and I’m stuck inside a too small room with 3 children under 8. I would maybe recommend this place to someone I don’t like. Three thumbs down.
Stayed at the Hampton falls inn last night and have to say was not pleased at all. Upon arrival I was ignored for 4 minutes before being taken care of. Finally when I was given my room keys I went down to my room which was less than subpar, I walked into the room and first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelt like week old cigarettes. And if that’s not bad enough it gets there, sheets on both beds had what appeared to be a orangey yellow stain and the beds were damp!! Went to open my balcony door only to find out it does not lock. They had it secured with a broken broom stick in the slider track. Ceiling had stains like no one’s business and our headboard on our bed was smudged in fingerprints…. May I add I paid 283 plus a $100 (which I know is hotel mandatory usually) but we received the room almost as if it was left however the last person left it. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because it was 11 minute drive to the beach, where we spent most of our night because the room was so bad.
Room was absolutely old and not clean. Stained sheets and towels. Plaster falling from ceiling. Back slider locked with a block of wood. Would not swim in that pool (greenish water) will definitely not be back.
Prices are very fair for the abundance amount of food you get for each item. I came in expecting this to be a casual place to stop off and just grab some greek food but once I had their chicken dinner plate God I was in love. Extremely friendly and s
