Excellent latte, very good panini. Service was really strong. Parking can be a little weird as the lot is shared with a bmw dealership but besides that 5 star experience.
Deserves 4.5 stars! The coffee was great (I got a vanilla iced coffee with oat milk), staff great, cleanliness great, no wait, nice design. I’m glad we went here instead of an alternative coffee place because it was definitely good promised quality. Most likely the best in the area! Stopped in for lobster rolls. The lobster rolls are delicious. The staff are all very nice and helpful. We ordered 2 lobster rolls. One chilled, one hot. They were nice portions. We waited outside, due to covid, and they brought the rolls to our car.
everything is very tasty and fast, but the cashiers constantly forget about your order. I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich until I came up and reminded them. I recommend to visit.

I had the best iced coffee I’ve had in a while here. Reminds me of Blank Street In Manhattan but a bit of a step up. Also had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit.. soooo yummy. Love that it wasn’t dry and had flavor
Iced coffee and small sandwich for $20. Wasn’t super impressive for the price. They charge 3.5% fee on credit cards but luckily I had some cash on me.
