Had a good time at the Hale to the Bird Thanksgiving Day 5k.
I used to bring my 3 kiddos here and they really liked the playground. My son played baseball here. NOW, I walk my dog on the trails around the park and we love these trails! Great to see ducks and geese and the wooden bridge is always fun. It freaks my doggie out a little each time.
Very nice park. They even had concessions open for the football games. There was a skate park, I didn't go to see it but there were plenty of people utilizing the skate park, so I'm assuming it nice. Definitely something for everyone in the family to do here.

Has 4 basketball hoops best I've ever seen. Asphalt is great. I get around the Metro quite a bit and this is the best and two tennis courts are great.
Very nice, well maintained park, located in a very nice area of Cottage Grove.
We went for a friend’s Graduation party and will definitely be back for more family fun. The park has an enclosed shelter with kitchen that was great for the food, display, and picture area. There is adjoins outdoor seating for eating. The park has parking, a soccer field, baseball diamond, volleyball net, playground, and tennis courts. Great place to bike or walk as well.
Hamlet Park is a beautiful, serene location for a lovely walk. Meticulously maintained trails make it a great place for a short walk or even longer if you go all the way around. Lots of parking, a hockey rink and playground, Hamlet offers something fun for every member of the family! It is one of our favorite destinations to do a quick 3 miles. Walking near the stream and pond makes for a really beautiful view!
