Cozy dimmed lights with live acoustics on a Friday night. When it came to the drinks were good but inconsistent one look different from the other but still good. The Caesar salad was a good opening and so was the mozzarella appetizer but when it came to the Shrimp Scampi $20... Awful it was pretty much hot oil to cook the shrimp with burnt garlic pour on top of angel hair pasta. I really want to like this place since it's local but the kitchen needs to step their quality to fit with the place and prices.
Quail was raw, had to be redone. Then over cooked. I didn't take a photo but pepperoni pizza had a lake of grease in middle. I know pizza is greasy but I have never seen one this greasy. Had to use napkins (gross) to sop it up. A LOT of napkins. The server though was awesome. So sweet and nice. The music was odd. Played a sing halfway through and stopped. Did it repeatedly.
The food was mediocre at best, shrimp scampi was so dry and the garlic was completely burnt. The burger was fine, but not better than some I've had at dive bars. Service was incredibly slow, holy moly dude no one moves here. Drinks were good but took 15 minutes to get which isn't impressive at all. Overall I might come back for the ceaser salad (that was really good) and drinks. But otherwise, wouldn't waste my time, considering the prices and that reservations are basically required, it's Definitely not living up to what it's trying to be.
Third time to Hamilton's, really want to like place but so many problems. Went with a couple of friends, wanted to enjoy cocktails & dinner. Ordered Cocktails, appetizers, soup & entrée. Problems: Lobster bisque came first, luke warm. Then appetizers arrived, then cocktails. So much for enjoying a drink before dinner. I had specifically order my drink with no salt on the rim as I have medical issues, it came loaded with salt, I asked for a wedge of lemon, the remake tasted like the whole lemon was in it. Quail appetizer was dry, over cooked. My steak I asked for Rare was well done! The potatoes were so heavy in salt I couldn't eat them! Live music, while sounded okay & good song selections was sooooo loud you couldn't carry on a conversation, my request to lower the volume were ignored. Lastly, waited 15+ minutes for ladies room, locked, no one came out or answered knocking, employees didn't respond my request to check, finally used men's room which was disgusting with urine all over seat & floor. Disappointing, expensive evening. Need to step up Hamilton.
First time, Last time. Lunch. Fried pickles were very good. Philly steak-so dry I had to pull it out of bun. Not enough peppers and onions. Onion rings should have been dipped in the same batter as the pickles. Monterey Chicken was supposed to have Cajun spice. Nope. Potatoes burned. Great atmosphere. Good service. Terrible food.
Everything here is exceptional. Choose anything on the menu, food, or drink, and you won't be disappointed!!!!
Terrific Cocktail Bar and Restaurant. I had an Old Fashioned. Very well made. Also had their Deluxe Burger. Blew me away. Excellent Patty, 8oz custom blend. Great flavor and charcoal grilled. Very good presentation. I will be back.
I travel for business to Dalton on a regular basis. A friend recommended Hamilton's, so I tried it on Wednesday, it was pretty good. I went back on Thursday and met the owner, she is friendly lady. I will definitely visit again!

Coffee shop in a church, which isn't a thing for me but may be a problem for you. Yes, you can be a heathen and get your coffee here and even use the internet for an hour or two. On a weekday morning, it was quiet and I had no trouble finding parking
I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
Wonderful small brewery tucked away in downtown Dalton. They offer flights of FIVE beers rather than the typical four, so we had a chance to sample most of their offerings, which is surprisingly large selection. We found them all quite tasty, but esp
I am so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant in Dalton . I have lived in Turkey for 10 years . When I go to this restaurant all memories came to my mind ( baklava , Turkish music, kebab ⦠) . The food is amazing . We ordered hummus and chicke
My family of 4 went here around 5:30 on a Sunday evening. We were immediately seated. The waitress and, I assume, the owner were very friendly and attentive. The dining area and restroom seemed clean. Some plates were brought to us by the waitress,
