Hamilton House Inn - Bed & breakfast in West Monroe - 318 Trenton St, USA

This is a very cute, quaint little Inn. We stayed in the Renata room with a beautiful street front view of “Antique Alley.” I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just watching all the people on Trenton Street shopping. They provided the guests with a beautiful sitting room, full kitchen with breakfast bar and a dinning room with a table that seats 6. I have never stayed at an Inn/B&B and I can now say I am officially sold on the B&B experience.||The owner greeted us in the morning to a beautifully made cream cheese stuffed French toast with fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries. She also made us sausage and fluffy scrambled eggs. She was an amazing host and it was an honor to be welcomed into their Inn! We were bringing our Freshman son to ULM and you helped make us feel very at home!Thank you so much!

We stayed here while we were in town for my daughter's orientation at ULM. Such a nice place!|Comfy beds, beautiful rooms and even a claw foot tub. Tanya and her son were perfect hosts. I'm so glad I found a great place to stay while visiting my daughter at college!

Passing through and needed a place to stay for a night. So glad we booked! Communication was super easy, the Hamilton House was great! Extremely clean, quiet, and comfy! Breakfast was wonderful! Definitely will make a point to visit again!

Downtown West Monroe is slowly developing. Hamilton House is within this shopping district with some good eating establishments on both sides of the river many within easy walking distance. Very comfortable rooms, friendly hospitality, quiet. If passing through its superior to any of the worn hotels out on the highway. Park in front of this 1895 building and walk in! We pass by the Monroe area a lot between DFW and Atlanta and will be back.

My family booked all the rooms for my niece's wedding and were blown away with how beautiful it was. Each room is decorated beautifully and the common areas as well. The patio and large porch are perfect for hanging out. Sean cooked a great breakfast each day and was an amazing host. The location was perfect as you are right on the main street for shopping, eating, and drinking. Thank You for an amazing stay and there were a few of us that wanted to take the beautiful decor home with us! I will definitely rebook a stay here!!! Just gorgeous!!!

This is such a hidden gem. I’m originally from Monroe but I moved away 16yrs ago so I’m not sure how long this place has existed, however I’m glad I found it. Location is perfect, the room was cozy and the smell of breakfast awoken my senses. Before I even checked out I had already decided this would be my new spot for my future trips back to Louisiana.

Had a wonderful two nights here. Keypad entry for the main entrance. Owner texts you the code and your room which has a physical key that you turn back in upon checkout. Breakfast was home cooked in their kitchen where you can sit and talk with other guests and the chef. There's a large outdoor area you can also sit at to enjoy the evenings.

Mrs Hamilton is always a gracious host and a great cook. The rooms are very comfortable and upscale. Anytime I have to come to Monroe this is definitely the number one spot to say. You cannot go wrong staying here, if nothing else leave your house and just come stay the weekend. Meticulously cleaned and well kept, definitely a no worry carefree stay. Oh did I mention the breakfast is killer? Back again. Different room, same style and quietness. Definitely a gem of a place to stay.
