Stopped in for one night passing through. Was very easy to book and get into our rooms. Will definitely stay here again when passing through. Wake up to excellent views, very quiet area and several stores close if you need anything.
I'm an appliance technician. Auto Repair washers dryers and refrigerators. I go in several of these units as most are usually vacation rentals. A very nice place overlooking the water with some outstanding combinations.
This place is a hidden gem.
Great location, secure, super-duper clean with new counters and appliances! Pet-friendly. All problems/questions (they were small) received quick responses from owner/mgr.
Only downside is most units have stairs, no elevator.
My family & I stayed here for 4 days in a very busy time of summer. The condo has a great view from the balcony, but the handrail needed repaired. The interior is nicely decorated and has very comfortable furniture and very comfortable beds. Much needed after a day on the lake. If you have a boat, the slip is the closest one to the wall in the 12 boat dock (tight parking for a big pontoon especially since the dock is in a narrow channel that is not marked for no wake.) There is a fairly steep hill to walk up from the dock, but it is well lit and concrete steps to the top. One thing to disappoint any kids or Dads, the wifi password provided did not work and there was no playstation. ||||All in all it's a good place to have a weekend getaway with the family. You won't find much better for the price.
Used our timeshare trade to stay here for the motorcycle rides around Hot Springs. After reading the reviews we wondered if it was a good call.||||They NEVER answer the phone and return messages sometimes. We were going to have a late check in and it took a lot to get it pulled off, but they did have a key waiting. 6 calls and to 2 return calls to get it accomplished.||||Room was average, had newer carpet, a new microwave and pretty new other furnishings. Only one key worked, sliding glass doors rollers are shot and it took a lot of effort to operate. One TV remote didn't work, and they knew it, since a brand new one was there in the package for us to program. Shower door rollers were broke, so we had to be careful with it. Water pressure was great, with lots of hot water. Jaccussi tub worked fine. Bed was good, but pillows were terrible. One light did not work. Maintenance man came to install missing range burner guards.||Pool was good but had to use the key and reach over to gate to unlock because the outer lock didn't work.No lake access.||||Never checked in, had any contact with anyone else or checked out, really strange. They rent several units by the month along with several condo owners.||||Could have been better, but could have been a lot worse. Appears they are trying to improve, but still have a ways to go.
Very, very outdated interior. Wallpaper was torn and peeling in all rooms. Shower doors were off track. Pocket door into shower bathroom did not work. No lights in second bedroom. The only lamp did not work. Changing bulbs did not help. Mini blinds would not open or go up and down. Screen to patio door torn. Carpet is very old, worn, stained and torn in bathrooom. Bedding was old and faded. This place looks like it has not changed since it was initially furnished. All appliances are old. Flatware did not match. Old dishes. Condo is located on a very steep hill. Don't walk down there unless you are in tip top physical shape. You have a great view of the condos below you. You cannot stay in the condos located near the water. They are private. The pool is very small. You do not have lake access for swimming, walking or boating. We were very disappointed.
Two nite stay while touring Arkansas. Provided to owners within the resort's system. Rustic unit and fully furnished. Queen bed rather hard but other than that was a nice spot from which to explore Hot Springs. Nice living dining area with balconies overlooking lake. ||Friendly staff made arrangement easy.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. The place advertises a pool, cabana and whirlpool tub...and it is NOT available. We stayed for 2 months ($1500+ per month) with the promise of these amenities...that we did NOT get to enjoy. The pool was open for TWO DAYS the entire summer, and "closed for repairs" the rest of the time. The office refused to give any reasons for it or suggest that anything was being done about it. That's if you are lucky enough to actually TALK to someone in the office, because out of the MANY times we attempted to call, they never answered and they never returned a phone call. The few times that someone was actually in the office, they did nothing to explain the reasoning for the closure. We decided to stay there, in large part, BECAUSE of the advertised amenities, which we did NOT get to enjoy. I WILL say that the unit itself was very nice, and the view was spectacular, but we would not recommend this to anyone else, IF you are wanting what is actually advertised. We feel VERY cheated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reserve at Hot Springs. The house was absolutely stunning. If you're a fan of historical homes, do not miss out on this one! I loved the original features of the home, from the grand staircase and transom windows
Quick, easy, no traffic, 15 minute parking right by.
The water is hot so be careful. Like hurts hot. Especially in the summer. We filled our jug and just let it cool.
The water is flavorless, didnât have any issues with it.
OMG this was so much fun, I am glad we were able to make it in.
Robots and theme are so cute and it was great fun to watch them and listen to their dialogue.
Waffles on a stick are AMAZING and the ones with ice cream are AWESOME too, I loved both i
