Besides being a great human, Stan is also a musician and artist. His art pieces come in every size and will be the perfect original souvenir to take back home! Live music every tuesday.
Stan is such a legend. I love playing here with him and other musicians. Great place and great art too. I own an art print from here and some shirts as well. Great atmosphere and great art and music.
Stopped in while I was just checking out Clarksdale one Saturday afternoon. Stan knows his stuff and loves what he does. It was one of the highlights of my trip. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
By far the best juke joint in clarksdale in my opinion! My top favorite!! Great owner! Great bar! Really cool art and comfortable seating and atmosphere with always the top selection of bands and artists performing.
We love Stan's place, he always has great music and he knows absolutely everyone who is anyone in Clarksdale, Mississippi. We saw Anthony 'Big A' Sherrod play this night - he's tremendous for such a young bluesman. Hambone, like most places in Clarksdale, is eclectic and interesting with a diverse clientele. We had a great time. I'm planning to come back for Juke Joint Festival in 2023.
Love the music venue slash at gallery. Upon every, we paid the $7 cover and we offered beer or another drink of our choosing. There were couches, chairs, and tables around the space that we could choose from. A musician played from the stage. At one point the owner went and joined the performer for an enjoyable guitar + Harmonica tune. Parking was easy to find.

What a neat, cozy little place off the beaten path. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. If you are here, it's a must go, and if we get back through, we will be back.
