Such an interesting juxtaposition. I'll just leave it at that, but I'm happy that this park is being maintained better than some that are adjacent to NYCHA bldgs. It's obvious that it's due to the ferry service and commuters that have to pass the area to get to the ferry. I hope that it continues to be maintained as we enjoyed visiting this plsyground and park.
Great new park with basketball courts, tennis walls, and running track (cement)
Such a nice playground kids nowadays have it good, a big change from how parks were in the 90s, that being said im from the bx so i have no clue if this park always looked this nice either way its legit
Enjoy the best park for your kids in front of holly rosary school I go there all the time with my son
Love this playground, never crowded, kids love the view, there's lots of space to ride bikes, skates, scooters and handball, basketball and baseball field.
Shame to the city parks department this park has a drainage problem that isn't addressed evidently it's ok to contribute to the fly population
Small cute park. Children amenities here. Peaceful area area and nice views to next East River. ***
Connected to basketball and other older kids/ teenagers play areas. This is a nice playground for little ones.

Jacob Riis Park in Rockaway is a natural gem on the outskirts of New York City. With its 50 acres of lush woods, this park offers a serene escape from the urban hustle and bustle. The dense foliage creates a picturesque setting for hiking, picnicking
Iâm a spring baby and this park was my haven this year. So many interesting surprises along my hike through it. One of my little gems. Itâs clean and never crowded. I spot blue jays and other colorful birds and wild cats. Feels great being wrap
If you have small kids, donât even think of going to other beaches at Far Rockaway but here. Iâve been taking my kids here every summer since 2018 and Iâve always found a parking spot for free right next to the playground. We ONLY go on weekday
One of the smaller parks out here, yet its fairly well kept and shown to be a great place to hangout or even take a small walk around before you head back home.
Attended the park on Sunday evening for an event called the Dope Day Party. It goes from 3-pm - 10 pm. Got there around 7:30 and had a hard time finding parking. You can park on premises but at 7:30 when we got there the lot was full. Had a GREAT tim

I am attending Francesco's classes and he is simply amazing! I'm not a sporty woman but during his lessons I have to admit that time flies and I have always so much fun. It's great for me that I am always in a hurry and I have not a fixed working tim
Great shop, always well supplied with all the varieties of smoke product and well priced. And most importantly lots of Nepali snacks and a truly exceptional service, above and beyond.
The workers are extremely nice peopleâ¦the food is tasty and flavorful. This was my second time eating here but my first time going in person and just meeting the people who work inside makes you want to go back⦠Check them out !
