Checked in for my two free tacos since I met the criteria this week. (8 visits, 2 free tacos) didn’t get a text with a code bust still sat down. Told the waitress I wanted a beer and 4 tacos, but I’m waiting for the two free tacos code. When I said that, the table next to me said they didn’t get their code either. The server called the manager, Robin, and Robin said “no code, no free tacos.” The issue is they know the system is messed up, I told the server before ordering I was waiting for the code, and the fact there is a straight out “no” when asking the manager is really unreal. I get it’s $4 per taco for a discount of $8 but don’t advertise something for free when it’s not working and the manager won’t honor the system. I’ve heard Robin can be less than a good manager but I like to judge for myself. She has confirmed the rumors to be true. From now on, water only and I hope my cup stays full. I won’t be giving this establishment any more of my money… sorry, not sorry! **EDIT** A buddy is someone you take care of, not try and back peddle when a review is posted. The correct response would have been to have the bar tender take the tacos off all three of our tickets and write down our names and phone numbers. My carrier, Verizon, has never had an issue receiving them before and I understand how they could do that. That being said, three customers with no affiliation all complain about the same thing and a straight out “no” answer is given, is not the correct response.

Took 3 times to buffalo sauce on my wings, refills were done but a little slow. Basketball was only in a few TVs and it was so loud with the boxing pay per view it was hard to have a conversation. The manager took my wings off the bill, we watched what we wanted to watch and overall wasn't too bad. That's why it wasn't a 2...

We joined the Seahawks Fan Club there for an awesome game. Our waiter was new and right on top of things. He was great! We got our food order correct and he kept us and drinks.

If you go eat here or spend any money here with your credit card or debit card, make sure that you check your bank statement to see if they charged you the right amount to your card. I went in and ordered food while I was playing their machines and they overcharged me on my debit card from what my receipt said. I went in to go talk to the manager and the manager was very rude about the whole situation. Long story short the manager screamed at an employee to give me the money that was overcharged on my card and then told me that I needed to F ing leave, and tried to blame it on me saying that they probably couldn't read my handwriting. However she wasn't even willing to look at the receipt to find out if it was my fault or her employees fault.

Great place to eat. Prices are fair. Service is usually very quick, even if they are packed.

1st off when someone says they are allergic to something and need it on a different plate. It needs to be done. 2nd, I get some people like there biscuits with butter, but butter shouldn't be the only thing I taste.

Service was really great and it had a good crowd and we got to sit right in front of a TV to watch the GRIZ GAME what a great time.

Server only rang in half of the order. Waited an extra 20 minutes after everyone else was eating to get my food. When food arrived it was not good and had a burnt taste.
