Beautiful little boutique hotel with helpful staff, fantastic hang out areas all over the grounds, and very close to downtown and the beach. The room has a comfy bed and is full of adorable nautical themed touches. Just wish there was a closet or dresser in the room - there is nowhere to put your stuff out of the way so have to ding it a little for that.
We had a very cute and clean room with sweet amenities. Wonderful location within walking distance to State Street, great restaurants and Stearn's Wharf. Parking a breeze! Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again!
Location is really good. Parking easy. It went downhill from there. Blinds were broken, we were on first floor, high foot traffic. And from there it just got more comical with how much was broken. We asked to borrow a dolly to bring something heavy from the car, both tires were flat. The person working the front desk really seemed like maybe they didn’t get paid enough to care about things broken, smiling, anything. Hotels are becoming more ala carte, this was the first I’ve seen it at this level. There was technically coffee and breakfast in the room. In my opinion, I’d rather spend a little more for an airbnb.
WARNING!! DO NOT BOOK IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU NEED TO CANCEL! We had to cancel our reservation due to a medical emergency, gave over 24 hrs notice but they still charged us over $1,500 for our full reservation. Despite repeated calls and emails, no response from management. Check other options when visiting Santa Barbara- there are plenty of nice, ethical places to stay.
Was very skeptical booking this hotel based on the reviews. We had no issues. Booked through Air BNB, instructions were clear, room was clean. The location was the best. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely book again
The Haley shady hotel. OMG, where do I start? Why would anyone want to stay at a self check-in hotel and pay these prices if you don’t get the minimum service you deserve and get at any other hotel? Nobody there to greet you? Not refunding a double bookings for my son they are responsible for? That is simply arm robbery! If nothing else just to save face the hotel should’ve refunded a double booking to get a return customer, but I guess that is not a well thought out business decision on their part! Now instead they rather justify it by answering this review … oh well, “buyer beware” … there is one guarantee with this hotel, you will be disappointed, you can take that to the bank!!!! Two thumbs down! 👎🏼 and two snaps for we are never staying here, not even for a nap!
Filthy hotel I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. It’s a glorified motel with a shiny exterior but the cracks begin to show as soon as you enter your room. Found a cigarette butt left in the provided ice bucket in the room and used contacts littered on the floor. Not to mention the fact that they double charged the friends we came with for their stay and refused to correct their mistake. Stay anywhere else for your next trip to SB.
Buyer Beware! Do not stay here!
This hotel I would not even speak with my son to try to resolve a simple and obvious double booking issue he got charged for TWICE in March of this year. The double booking was clearly their mistake, but they would never own up to it, and were unwilling to speak with him on the phone (in spite of his MULTIPLE attempts) to try to resolve the issue (they'd respond with vague emails not admitting to fault). If you stay here you are running the risk of not being able to get a refund if any billing issues arise. Any decent hotel would have resolved this and refunded the double booking money, but not the shady Haley Santa Barbara.
We loved our stay here! The manager/owner gave us great recommendations on hikes in the area! The location is perfect and walkable into town but quiet in the evenings. The room was perfect. We used their complementary bikes to ride to the butterfly b
We had a great time in Santa Barbara. The Eagle Inns staff were all very helpful and courteous and the breakfast everyday was amazing! Very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the tub in the room very much. The place is really swe
For me, my Bar Method classes are as important as taking my vitamins! I have been going regularly for nearly two years now and I feel so strong and healthy. The instructors go through a lot of training so you can count on having a good, challenging c
The best F45 I've been to. Class was packed with almost 50 members. All the coaches, specifically Coach Katrina, found time to motivate and challenge me through one of the best workouts I've had in months.
