An ocean front condo. Almost on the beach! Not luxurious nor gorgeous but quiet, neat and comfy. Also convenient to stay as a supermarket and many restaurants coffee shops are within walking distance. The building has three floors without elevator. Might be preferable to book rooms on the ground floor for those want to avoid stairs. I liked the ground floor actually, because we could have direct access to the beautiful garden and beach.

First time staying here and I literally almost cried from the beauty of the location. It’s a nice size condo with direct beach access. Awesome location - close to a grocery store, retail stores and restaurants. Friendly staff and neighbors. I stayed here based on the priceless location and convenience. It’s an awesome place to stay and perfect beach location to enjoy the beauty of Maui.

Great ocean view and private beach. AC unit in the living room. Sleeping is a little warm, but great otherwise. Good central spot in Kihei!

Awesome place, so clean and well kept. Grounds are beautiful and 5 minutes easy walking distance to all the shops and fantastic restaurants in this part of Kihei. Really great beach walks, but the sea here is shallow, so I didn't snorkel here. Sunsets were unbelievable right out the front of the condo, watching the sun touch the horizon.

Excellent location with every we needed for our five day stay. Johnny, the caretaker/conch player was magnificent. We will never forget getting up, walking a few yards and strolling, barefoot, along the sandy beach with the warm Pacific waves lapping around our ankles. Utter bliss!

We LOVED our rental unit! The location was great, the condo was clean and well equipped for cooking and playing on the private beach. We were sad to leave! Even the building maintenance man was super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in C13 (313). Perfect. Well maintained and fully equipped. The owner Anita has great communication. Lipoa Street Beach right in front. Walk to Nalu’s restaurant (excellent), Times Market, or Kihei Food Truck Park.

Each condo is privately owned. Some are listed with Vacasa and other vacation rental services. Fantastic views of the beach and ocean. Not just views, but the complex is actually next to the beach. No street to cross. We got a great deal on a 1 bedroom unit on the 2nd floor. The queen size bed was way too small for the 2 of us but the place was very nice. Good size kitchen with granite counters and remodeled modern bathroom. Be aware that all units are different and the place looks more like an apartment building than condos from the outside. We would definitely stay here again.
