My 17yr old son needed a suit for prom, after pricing rentals at other places, I decided that between prom, senior pictures, and homecoming at minimum would make it worth purchasing rather than renting. Our first stop was Halberstadt’s. Leo was our associate, he was knowledgeable when it came to everything there is to know when it came to styling my son in a suit. He got his measurements EXACT. Shoulders, chest, arms, waist, and length on his pants. They have an in house tailor that did an incredible job. We were told 10 business days to have it done and within a week they had called and it was done and ready. 5 business days!!! We went in, tried it on and it fit perfectly! Not a single adjustment needed to be done. Now to the tie… I explained the color of the dress his girlfriend will be wearing and had a couples pictures of it in different lighting as the pictures looked so different than what it actually looks like in person, and what do you know, Leo goes off into the store and comes back with a tie that matches PERFECTLY!!! Not only does Leo know suits, but he knows style, fashion, and trends. So not only will my son look nice but he feels confident. Leo hit the mark with this one! Stylish yet sophisticated! Best part is, if he does grow a little bit before Homecoming there is room to let it out and having a tailor in house makes that a piece of cake! So in the end I’m coming out even by the time the 3rd rental would come around and his suit is tailored just for him! I’ll never let anyone else fit him for a suit! We’re customers of Leo’s for life!

Absolutely incredible experience working with them! They were very friendly and helpful with our millions of questions. They didn’t give us a call when the suits came (we had to call them) but the guys that work there more than made up for it by being amazing. The suits are gorgeous and a very high quality material. I highly highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We went through Halberstadts for 7 suits for the groomsman and the groom. Overall, the sales reps were kind when at the store. Everything else, was awful. We were told to have all of our measurements in for all of the groomsman and groom no later than 3 months before the wedding, and that we would have the suits ready a month before the wedding. We had all of our measurements in 6 months before the wedding. We called a month before the wedding, and they said to check back 3-4 weeks before the wedding. We did so, and they said to check back the next week. The next week came, and the suits were still not ready. Finally, they had our suits ready 2 weeks before the wedding, and 2 of the sizings were incorrect, and everything was wrinkled on multiple suits. In addition, after one of the 2 sizings was fixed, the dress shirt that came with the suit came back as the wrong color. The sales representatives continued to give excuses throughout the entire process. Overall, although the sales representatives are kind, Halberstadts seems to be very disorganized when it comes to wedding suit preparations. If you are having a wedding coming up, I STRONGLY do not recommend Halberstadts.

Overall, I went in somewhat grumpy (rough day folks) and was assisted by Kyle. He and the other workers were well dressed and ready to go as soon as I stepped in. Usually, it is rare to find this level of service (similar to a high-end hotel) I went to Halberstadt's expecting to spend a fortune on name brand material. I was pleasantly surprised when Kyle helped me find what looked best on me at less than half of the price! Anyways, thank you Kyle, for your level of customer service, knowledge, and everything else you did to help lower my blood pressure yesterday. I will be making future trips here! Thank you, -Victor

I came in with my husband to get his wedding suit and the service was phenomenal! They gave us many different options with fabrics and price points. They were with us beginning to end of the process. They made the tailoring process super easy as well. 10/10 recommend going for any suit needs!

Very happy with our experience when purchasing a suit for my grandson. The gentleman assisting us listened to us, our concerns about altering, yet leaving enough in the length of the pants and sleeves, as well as the body of the coat, as he was still growing. It came back to us fitting him perfectly and very timely! We have also purchased a shirt and two ties there, and were again happy with the purchase.
