This is a nice place for mature adults (over 50).They are Mobile homes but they are great for two people. Nice amenities for residents. My father has lived here a while now and he enjoys it. Finally, the rent is very affordable.

Hacienda village has been around for over 30 years. It is a very clean and well maintained 55-plus mobile home communities in Central Florida.. Everyone is super friendly and very active! Amenities are also well maintained and the beautiful inground pool by the recreation center is open year-round and is heated from November through March!
I live here. It's a senior Park with over 400 homes, new and older. It has two facilities for entertainment, two pools, scheduled classes and games when the pandemic isn't a problem. You can buy a share and be part of the co-op that owns the park. There are many renters of the lots as well. The people are friendly as is the office staff who managed the park and the maintenance crew who keep it clean. There is garbage service twice a week. Once for yard waste and once for house garbage. Drive through and take a look. I think you'll be impressed.
My wife and I have lived in the community for nine months. We love the peaceful atmosphere, and pleasant neighbors. We have a wonderful staff that takes care of the day to day affairs, as well as the grounds and maintenance. We have built our retirement home and have already made many new friends. Come join us in Hacienda.
We had recently been approved to be a resident of Hacienda Village. Patricia and Karina are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with during my decision process. I have called them many times and the experience is always positive. God bless them with their patience and my wife said they must be Angels for continously answering my questions. My husband and I are grateful to Karina and the staff at the Hacienda. We were overwhelm with the hoa process and Karina not only did she explain it all to us and took the time to help. We are moving soon and we feel confident that we are going to love it here. Everyone at the Hacienda has been so nice.👍🏼
