Hacienda Mariana Restaurant - Mexican restaurant in Lynwood - 11035 Long Beach Blvd #1, USA

I discovered this restaurant because I was looking for a good plate of chilaquiles and Hacienda Mariana definitely does. I’ve been coming here ever since, I’ve tried the majority of the menu and all the food is so good, especially the birria, since it doesn’t have a lot of fat and I like it like that. The restaurant isn’t that big but the food is amazing, the service is good as well, I’ve never had to wait to be seated and the place is clean with nice decoration. Definitely one of my fav!!

Customer service is great!! The location is clean!! The Pico de Gallo and chips are 💣 I tried the Ceviche de Pescado 1 Taco de Asada and 1 Taco de Alpastor The Ceviche de Pescado was Delicious But... I would recommend replacing the tostadas they give with something similar to the chips they give with the Pico de Gallo. Taco de Asada had good flavor but..... it did have a lot of fat. The Taco de alpastor was good. Overall I recommend this place 👌

I would usually give them a 5 star but today I tasted nothing but garlic … disappointment

If you like Mexican food, this is a place you have to visit, and must try the hand-made corn 🌽 tortillas, very delicious with the beans and rice. Good place for the whole family. Natural fresh waters and lot great variety of food and drinks. Parking lot may be small, but still good place. Will definitely come back for sure 👍.

This food was gross. I don’t like to leave a bad review like this but seriously it was inedible and a total waste of money. I felt sick after a couple bites. Nothing was fresh at all… it was so bad. Don’t order here . See photos is so gross

I've been living close by for over 5 years, drive by this place all the time. Finally decided to come in. Best decision ever! Tastes like my mom is in their kitchen, being held captive, cooking for my beckoning desire. I've been back at least once a week every since. Collectively I've tried: chile relleno burrito, caldo de res, camarones al mojo de ajo, filete al mojo de ajo, menudo, surf and turf wet burrito, and tacos de birria de res. Everything has been chef's kiss! For drinks we've had the michelada and borracha margarita, non alcoholic the agua de Jamaica has got to be the best hands down. See you guys Sunday for breakfast 😋

PERO QUE DELICIA! (FYI I'm picky af with Mexican food and for a good reason, read on...) I am incredibly shocked that Hacienda Mariana doesn't have a perfect score. Literally thee best pozole y cafe de la olla that I've had in years! As a 5th generation cook/chef of authentic Mexican food (from scratch) this pozole absolutely blew my mind! De hoy en adelanté será dónde como pozole. BRAVO CHEF! 🤸‍♂️🙌🏼🔥🔥🔥 2023 UPDATE: I'm still coming for the pozole, and have started to force myself to try other menu items (mostly because the pozole is fire and hard to say no to lol). Their birria de chivo was also tasty and authentic (unlike these trucks with consome). Hacienda Mariana's Birria is the original recipe and from Jalisco (where it originated). Their birria salsa has the viscosity of curry (aka on the thicker side and tasty, as intended), the chile relleno was 🔥, the cocido (beef soup) was fabulous, and today I tried their chilaquiles (half red, half green) with over medium eggs and fresh diced onions and they blew my mind! The chilaquiles were made with delicious home made salsas and you can tell the difference from other places. NO POS WOW WOW WOW! 😭😋 Thanks Hacienda Mariana for your tasty menu!
