Owners and management are very friendly and accommodating. Management (Rick & Debbie) are always present and ready to help. Surrounding guests are nice as well. Always clean outside and inside of the rooms. Thank You
This local gem helped make 2 days completely comfortable. Everywhere else had no vacancies and I stumbled upon this place as a complete accident. The room was spotless, AC worked great, and the bed was very comfortable - which makes all the difference in my opinion. Staff was polite and respectful, which I appreciated. I definitely recommend anybody to stay here if needed. Thanks for the hospitality Hacienda!
It was our first time at this hacienda motel on west 11th street and we paid for one day.......thank god that it was only one day. It was our very BAD BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL NEVER REFER TO ANYONE. How can you go about with your business charging people for the rooms ripping people off and what we get is a room with disease and very depressing very filthy. The bedcovers were totally wornout with holes on them and stains everywhere. The pillows were very dirty dirty inside and they just cover it up with pillowcase. The tv cable didn't work for a while and the advertisement says free hbo and the Indian lady that works in the office had to send just any random guy that lives. Very trashy looking. The people in the office are very unprofessional. They make the place rundown. They look kind a creepy and very mean. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet itself couldn't flush and it made a very loud noise the whole time we were there. The lady in the office was there with this maintenance guy to fix the toilet but he didn't fix the problem. We just dealt with it could not wait to get out the next morning. There was microwave in there the cord in the back was cut off. The a/c on the floor was so rusted scary around my kids health problem. Windows are dirty and window seals. No phone in the room I had to use my personal phone to call the desk. The people in the office did not want to be called for anything. The Indian lady had a rude tone when asked for toilet paper. The room in general are not welcoming. Does not have clean smell. The Indian people in the office are not doing their job period!!! This place needs a total turnover the people in the office needs to be replaced. They are not business working people. I know that this place will definitely bring in good people if this changes are made. GOOD LUCK!!!!
With the review is the way they're listed come up either they have a very high rating or a very low rating, it's almost impossible to tell reality from fiction. I'm assuming this is a small family-run operation come up that rents to low-income homeless and transitional housing. Did not find any bug or rodent infestations, however I was only there for about 9 hours before I head to return to work
Very down home real people, managers that care about thier guests enough to help in any way possible. Items you might have forgotten, they will loan you. If they have it, you've got it. One of the less expensive motels but the towels are nice, the rooms are decent, and the atmosphere friendly and helpful. Convenient location, close to food, grocery and convenience stores, even the hospital. Nightly and weekly rates.
The staff was great . I came in late at night .Mr. Rick greeted me like I family . Aawsome. The rooms where as clean as possible sure a coat of paint would of been better but hey for the price it was like a great place . Thanks Mr. Rick. I really am thankful for all the information you gave my wife..
This hotel motel is completely professionally ran clean it's in a great location and the managers are not only professional but very courteous nice if you need something they are right there to help you
I truly enjoy this place is very comfortable quiet and it makes you feel like home I've been coming here quite a while now and probably will continue if I ever just need to get away and have some quiet time to relax customer service is great rooms is a very comfortable.
