Hacienda - Mexican restaurant in Goshen - 1700 NY-17M, USA

I love the theme here. A huge mansion style restaurant with a lot of attention to detail in every aspect. Nice private and spacious parking lot. Very private feel once inside. A very elegant bar. Nice menu, very nice service and amazing food. It is a great place to have any meal at any time. They are very courteous and friendly. The restaurant is also kid friendly. I found great flavor in the food. A really big variety in their menu. One of the best things is the table side fresh made guacamole made to order. Comes served on a huge stone style bowl that is unique. I loved the time here and the food was very satisfying. A great place to experience. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, Google provides only 5 stars. The customer service is S U P E R B. the environment is more than beautiful and cozy. Sad there are not many customers enjoying this hidden gem. Food was more than ok, but I was expecting more. Maybe it is my perfectionism.

Went to celebrate a birthday . The food was delicious. The guacamole was amazing. The peach moijito was tasty and the service was excellent. I had enough food to take half my dish home. We will be back! And the restrooms were clean!!!!

My husband, children, and I came here for dinner, and it was not at all what we expected. The hacienda, in fact, is decorated and housed mexican vibes, but the food - not at all. Of course, if you're not Mexican, you'll see this restaurant, and you'll order your food and would think it's authentic, but my husband, born in Mexico City and we come to this restaurant, not mexican at all. The salsas tasted like the tostitos brand from the jar. We order chicken tenders for the kids, and we received some huge slices of breaded chicken breasts the size of elephant ears.... a mess. We asked to speak to a manager, and the person who came to us didn't look or act like a manager. I would not be surprised if it was just a regular employee from the kitchen or something. There's an AUTHENTIC mexican restaurant named El Azteca, and it was about 20 minutes from Legoland. We suggest El Azteca more!

The owner and staff of this restaurant are awesome! Where do we start? As part of our weekend getaway to Legoland we found this spot and decided to have dinner with our two 6 year old twins whom one of them is on the autism spectrum as well as having to feed thru a g-tube. We did not expect to stay an extra day on vacation but decided to do it since the Circus was in town and thought it would be great to take the kids that evening. The problem with traveling with a kid on a gtube is that all of his meals must be pre-made and pureed. The conundrum we faced was that we did not have enough food for the following day. This is where the staff and owner of La Hacienda stepped in. After explaining our situation to them they offered to make a mexican food puree for our son and made it to the right consistency in order for us to administer it thru way of syringe. Not only did they make it right the owner himself checked in with Mom to make sure it was up to her expectations. As I always say this world has angels that walk among us. Thank you to all of the staff of La Hacienda for allowing our autistic son and our family to enjoy another day in Middletown. Im sure it took a whole crew to accommodate this request from the waitress who initiated the request to the chef's who prepared it and to the owner who allowed them all to serve us and our son. We will definitely be returning year after year. We encourage those who visit Legoland with kids who have disabilities to support this restaurant. Not everyone goes out of their way for our kiddos. Atmosphere, service and food are OK. The whole time felt very crammed with plates scattered across our table and not enough room. We were a party of 8. The food was OK, nothing to write home about. The service was also just OK, nobody really stood out to me.
