H2O exceeded our expectations! My husband and I came to celebrate our 11 yr anniversary From arrival to check out this place was great. Winfield was outstanding and always willing to help. “H” at the pool was phenomenal and Always had a smile. Occasionally he’d bring over cool damp cloths at the pool to refresh us. We felt comfortable to meet and mingle with other guest at the rooftop pool. The pool top was just the right size. Happy hour at the pool was a treat! Mimosas, sangria and snacks on the house! The room stayed stocked with fresh muffins and beverages! The beds were super cozy, the showers were large and the property feels tucked away. We will stay here again!

Amazing experience at H2O hotel! We spend 3 days and 2 nights here and had an incredible time. Location is very convenient and close to the beach, great restaurants and bars, shopping and nightlife. We had the first floor suite with the private pool and I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for a more romantic and intimate experience. The roof top pool of the hotel is nice but it can get pretty crowded and hot during the warmer months. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The welcome cocktails and mid afternoon treats were a nice touch. The happy hour deal on wine and sangria at the roof top is awesome as well. Overall, great stay!
It’s all about the details for me, and H2O got every detail right!!! Before we arrived a friendly phone call (not a text) to check that we were finding our way safely and they were excited for our arrival. At check-in we were greeted with a smile, details on parking, restaurant recommendations and an all around great vibe by Winfilld. We were escorted to our room, which was magical. The rooms are gorgeous, turn down service, adults-only. We enjoyed lounging by the rooftop pool with the coolest bartender in Key West. His attentiveness is beyond compare. We did not stand behind the bar he periodically checked on everyone. And each guests I noticed was receiving this same amazing service!!! I can’t enough good things about H2O.
We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years. We love the location and the rooms are gorgeous. We also love the muffins and chocolate ice cream bars in our room. The pool drinks and snacks are a nice added touch. The best part of this hotel and makes us keep coming back is Hamza!! He is the absolute best employee and an asset to the company. He loves his job and it shows.
Stunning and quiet, with the best staff ever. I had read about Mr. Winfield from other reviews, and he did not disappoint. Every suggestion he gave us just made our vacation better. Shamicka was also beautiful and helpful. The whole place is just first class. Made us country folk feel rich and famous for a few days! If we are able, we WILL be back. Amazing service, beautiful landscape, magical suites. From the front desk greeting, the suite with private pool, rooftop. The staff is so attentive. We will definitely return. It’s Adults only so perfect for a couples getaway. H2o has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It’s also close to Duval and all the attractions. Try Frenchies Cafe around the corner.
It was our first time visiting Key West and My husband and I stayed here from 8/17-8/21. This Hotel is phenomenal! The location is great, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and most of all, the rooms are SPOTLESS! I forgot the name of the young man that checked us in, but he was great! He gave us a map and a list of restaurants we could eat at. We were very pleased and do not want to stay at any other Hotel. Keep up the great work!
This is our second time at H2O and it was amazing! The rooms are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the thing that really sets the hotel apart is the little complementary touches that make things magical - from the champagne on arrival to the all day happy hour at the roof top pool to the fresh muffins and dove ice cream delivered at turn down - H2O does not disappoint!
After 8 nights, congrats to Alex and Claudia and Drew and Bill and Keith â all superlative! The room was expansive AND cool â all new ACs, important to Texans! Very nice accommodations - will def stay again.
