GVEC Internet - Internet service provider in Schertz - 908 Curtiss Ave suite c, USA

We had Wayne and another tech come out to help set up our GVEC Internet. They were very helpful and super nice! Didn’t mind our dogs either, which is always a plus when they have to come in and out to set up the service. As soon as the internet was installed, we tested the speed and I could immediately see the difference from our Spectrum service. I’m glad we switched!

Bo was amazing. He gave me courtesy call to let me know he can come by earlier if I would allow him. Once he and his coworker show up it was lots courtesy and respect. He very descriptive on what they were going to do and how long it would take. They answered my questions and got to work. These guy took pride in their work. Bo even took several steps back from the wall to insure the outlet looked straight, little things like that are missing nowadays. Once the install was finished, Bo waited to make sure I was fully operational. The experience was easy, seamless, and pleasant. Thank you GVEC!

Great customer service from the young lady who set up our account! She was courteous and explained everything in such detail! The technician was thorough, prompt and professional. Great internet offers too!

Technicians were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took time to orient us to the system and the app. The Schertz office personnel worked quickly to have our service installed, answering our questions regarding a system new to us.

Even though I give one star I’m sure this service company is good but it doesn’t service all of Schertz Tx. I live just off Fm 78 and Schertz pkwy and just found out I can’t establish fiber or wireless service from GVEC . No fiber connections and not enough signal to pickup wireless. What a shame and I’m so getting tired of SPECTRUM INTERNET. They seem to want to keep raising their rates

Moved in on Friday June 21st and have service installed. Guys were nice but they put a hole in our wall!! The rental company will fix it and bill GVEC!! The actual internet service is great!!

The staff/CSRs have the worst communication. I recently moved and I called them a week ahead of time to get my Internet service connected before I moved in. Fast forward seven days, I call them to check on the status, and I’m told nothing was scheduled. Now my child can’t do his online school and my wife can’t work from home, and I’m being told it may be another week before my service is connected. I’ve been a customer for almost six years now, it hasn’t been the best, but it’s my only option.

Gvec is a great company for your home Internet . The man came out before closing. And got my Internet up and going in a timely manner. Thank you for your service.
