The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Drinks were AWESOME! However, the protein balls, although tasty, were a nightmare to eat as they were VERY messy. Yall might try rolling the final product in either some extra oats or almond bits to better coat the outside.

I like this place. My drinks have been good. However, the last couple of times I've been, the young employees are in no rush to get your drink to you. One shake doesn't take 15 minutes to make.

Friendly, clean place, lots of choices! I'm new to this but I like it! I'll be back!

Locally owned and operated and the staff is super helpful! Great products and they care about your health. Highly recommend!

Guthrie nutrition is my FAVORITE, the atmosphere is warm, and cozy. Ask Ky to make her original “coffee cake” Shake is SUPER good! As for the teas. I would recommend the “Now & later” also very good! Oh the chocolate peanut butter protein bars are a great way to finish everything off with!
