This was our first time here. It’s a bit rustic but it’s cute inside. The food and the service were great. I ordered a toscana which comes with prosciutto, it was sliced perfectly thin. My one complaint is that the $8 orange juice, which was delicious, wasn’t full to the top. The lemon croissant was flaky and delicious, but slightly too sweet and not lemony enough for me.
100/10 reccomend!!!!!! The closest place to Italy without leaving the country. Authentic Italian pastires and atmosphere. A little slice of Italian Heaven and located right here in the Lakes region the staff welcoming and amazing. Everyone needs to come here atleast once in their life. The expierence of a lifetime.
Absolutely love this place! I’m from Boston but whenever I’m in the area I have to come by. The food, drinks and vibe are incredible. The gentleman behind the counter is always so nice and fun. I always feel we get a kind, genuinely fantastic service.
I love pastries and this place has the best I’ve ever had!! The kids loved the food so much, they want to plan their next vacation in Italy! Definitely 5 stars!!! My husband also got a breakfast sandwich and quiche and both were amazing!
What was effectively a meatball sub, ridiculously salty, and served on salty bread. It had no flavor, and the tomato sauce was bland The salad my girlfriend got with chicken cutlets, wasn't served with and dressing, and even so, was extremely salty. Unsure how this restaurant has good ratings, wasn't much better than McDonald's. We both cook well, and cook multi ethnically, this food was boring, tasteless, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Lastly, on top of all that. I got food poisoning from this restaurant. Painful food poisoning. The food is seriously, BAD!!!!
D'habitude, les paninis, ça pue et ce n'est pas bon. Sauf ici (mais je n'ai pas testé tous les paninis du monde). A part la musique italienne, c'est bon et sympa, et on a une belle vue sur le lac.
We stopped by a second time on our way home in August . I am craving their food! Absolutely delicious sandwiches. And those pastries are to die for! Those flakey, custard filled squares covered in berries! We grabbed four of them and wanted more. This place is just so good. Cinnamon rolls and the fruit tarts were also a hit. I wish we lived closer!
Gusto is PHENOMENAL. The Lakes region isn't the easiest place to find memorable food, but this place takes the cake. They have 3 cases filled with some of the freshest and most delicious pastries I've ever had. Nutella croissant, lemon cream croissant, hazelnut braid, ricotta nutella tart, fruit tarts, dark chocolate PB croissant, tiramisu, cannolis, sfogliatelle... we bought a LOT. It was all 10/10. We came back the same day and got 3 paninis, the Toscano, Milano, and Roma - all WOW. They truly couldn't improve on anything. So well seasoned. Bread like a cloud. I can't wait to try everything on the menu, and am so grateful for a perfect lakeside spot to grab a truly sensational meal.
