bad service i ask for a denver omelett and i got only eggs with chilli peper inside...bad service and along wait on the drive thru 😡😡
POOR CUSTOMER SVC. & BAD ATTITUDES! I would give them -0-☆ if I could !! I was in the Drive-Thru before 9pm. 7 MINUTES BEFORE they CLOSED & they wouldn't take my order I pulled up to the window & employees SAW ME pull up, basically IGNORING ME so I honked & said it's not even 9:00 p.m. they DIDN'T even GIVE me the COURTESY of OPENING it to TALK with me... With a scowl a guy said were closed & REFUSED TO SERVE me. This is the SECOND TIME this has HAPPENED in the last 6 MONTHS! WE are REGULAR CUSTOMERS and I'm telling you now... WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
Been living here my whole life drove by tons of times never stopped until my gf wanted to try new chicken strips places so we got some and I ordered a California burrito with asada meat it was super good best one out here to be honest chicken strips were a little to cooked but really good flavor still also fries where tasty and well cooked lady at drive thru was nice and polite did see some homeless people like some people mentioned before not much they can do to remove them not restaurants fault will be back 👍

I hadn’t been to this Gus Jr in over 2 years since I no longer live in SB. I passed by today for a quick bite & the cashier Jose hands down had the best customer service I’ve ever come across. I felt the need to leave a review because now a days it’s hard to come across such a positive attitude especially since the location of the restaurant is not in the safest part of the city. Food was also yummy as always! 👍🏻
You better have an hour lunch if you wanna get food from here cus they are in there moving like turtles who are blind
I've been going here since I was a kid.. LOVE this place. I've yet to try something I didn't like or visit a location that was sub-par. 110% better than any other major burger chain hands down and you'll get a lot more for your money
Always jipping me on something My combo supposed to come with fries onion rings and zucchini but what do they do they just give me fries then they want to be rude about it and doesn't honor what the menu says do not recommend this place they've been going downhill since the last year

The salad bar is fresh and has a well sorted variety of items to choose from. The waiter Randy was very nice and attentive. Will definitely come back when I'm in town again. Thank you!

On 9/28/23, at 1:20 pm, best service EVER! I didn't order anything super complex: 7 snack tacos and a large fries (to be shared, haha, I'm not that much of a fattie!) Anyways, from the moment go at the drive thru, the lady on the intercom was great.
Del Taco has been around for a long time and for good reason. They serve good Mexican Fast Food!â¦Their Drive-Thru being open 24/7 doesnât hurt. Del Taco has a good menu with a variety of items with some good deals. We enjoy getting tacos on Taco
