I always get great service there & one of the owners recently added a couple of holes to my belt !! They have an awesome supply of western wear & if they dont have it in stock they'll go out of there way to get it for you !!
Love this store! Nothing like good old-fashion customer service. I like that sales people help you find what looks good on you. They will even bring you different sizes to try on while you are in the dressing room. Can't get that at Wal-Mart.
I am so not only pleased but so impressed with the customer service Dakota gave us! Dakota took time with my daughter and showed her several styles and sizes. Dakota had suggestions on outfits and hats that the boots would compliment! So patient and kind! We will be back just because of her amazing service. She made it feel like we were shopping with a family member or friend! Thanks Dakota!
We went there for welding work apparel. They have a well stocked selection. My husband also purchased inserts, which the sale woman helped him pick by standing on a device to measure his pressure points. After wearing them for a week, he says they are really good for his feet.
Holly was the absolute best!!!. Only place I could find school uniforms without having to wait 3-5 days ordering online.
I was a little iffy about going there because of what happened with ppl of color but I have it another try. A lady helped me she just started there and was very helpful. Went there again and yet the workers was very helpful but I have it 3 stars because I never seen the other workers helping the other ppl in the store. Unfortunately I was the only colored in the store at the time. This is a great store to shop at. But just need a little more TLC.
