Very clean, very spacious and easy to manipulate a 42 foot camper. Pool, restrooms, showers, laundry, all very nice new facilities. Everything is convenient, including the little mini store in the office. The staff is some of the best staff members I have ever encountered in years of Camping. the office staff was always so pleasant and ready to help. We had to cut our trip short by one day for health reasons and the staffs concern was comforting. Within 30 seconds they had adjusted my account and refunded the money and offered positive thoughts for the situation. I would definitely go back here again and again.
This has been the NICEST KOA we have been too yet. (We have been members since 201o and visited quite a few) check in was very smooth. We booked kabin 1. It has a nice fenced in pet area, a deck with quality patio furniture, and the inside is brand new. The kitchen is all full size: full size microwave, full refrigerator, and full oven. A major bonus is the washer and dryer! The pool, lazy river, MASSIVE hot tub, and 4 foot deep pool was incredible. Perfect temperature and so much fun. The Playground looked nice. Overall I just really wish we were staying more than one night and we can't wait to come back!
The highlight of this concrete campground is the pool/lazy river. There are no activities, the snack shack for food is never open. There are no floats provided for the lazy river. When you ask staff why or when things open, no one knows. The "camp store" is that in name only. You can buy pool floats, but no milk. The refrigerator only had some sodas in it. No food.
The cabin was nice, beautiful deck. The shower doesn't drain well, so you have to take a half a shower and wait for the water to go down then finish. It was a good price for the stay, better than a hotel, but definitely bottom of the list for KOAs.
This is one of the nicest KOA’s we’ve ever visited. Everything is clean and very well maintained. We stayed at a back-in gravel site and it was very spacious and level. The shower and bathroom facilities are nice, and the pool and playground are top notch. We were only about 20 minutes from the beach. I know where we’re staying the next time we pass through Gulfport!
Beautiful park and almost brand new swimming pools are great the only thing I thought they should have done was level the concrete pads better before they pored the concrete but to late for that. But it is still nice and if you camp as much as I have it not a real problem!
Very nice sites, large gravel and concrete slabs. Bathrooms were clean but no family showers. Laundry didn't seem to be available. The best pool deck we've ever seen - a large hot tub and two lazy river pools. Cabanas and lounge chairs by both pools.
This is a great RV park. Unfortunately, it was raining hard when we pulled in for the night and we weren't able to swim or explore the park. What I really loved was the spacious site with the personal dog fence. It was so convenient for our dogs after it stopped raining. It was great for them to stretch their legs.
Tent camped here memorial day weekend. We had a wonderful time. They have an amazing pool area with a lazy river, large hot tub and separate lazy river shaped pool. There is a pickle ball court They had a lot of activities planned with a bbq lunch. Nice bathrooms with showers and a camp store. Our only complaint is there is no shade at the tent sites and it got so hot! And the ants were horrible at our site
