Our family had an excellent time. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was also very good. We have been here for the second time and would definitely consider going again.

The place was great with excellent views. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed and was very quiet. River Strand is an exceptional place and we certainly are planning to return.

My wife and I rented a 2 BR condo in River Strand, a gated community in Bradenton, Fl for 3 months. The condo was very comfortable and spotless. Comfortable furniture and 3 Roku TV’s for those rainy days and a pleasant walk to the club restaurant, pro shop, and pools. Our small lanai sat on the edge of a peaceful lake in an estuary. I spent countless hours there reading and observing the amazing wildlife. Great place. Gulfcoast Holiday Homes was fabulous from start to finish. Skip VRBO & AirBnb. Save your money on their excessive fees. Stefan and his staff at GC are great to work with. Efficient, pleasant, and extremely responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommended.

Great week at a lovely home. Perfect for our needs (my husband and I, my son and his wife and their three kids, including a two-year-old and a two month old). I will definitely go back to the spacious home with pool attached and a protective gate around the pool for two-year-old.

We enjoyed our two month stay at Villa Coquina immensely! The heated pool & hot tub were a Godsend. Stephan took great care of us the whole visit. Quiet neighborhood with wildlife we watched daily in the pond! This is our second year in the Bradenton area and are growing to love it. Close enough to Beaches, wonderful restaurants, and golfing without the traffic issues! Look forward to using Gulfcoast Holiday Homes again in the future!

The home was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It even had lots of pool toys for the kids! You guys were really quick to respond to any of our questions.
