Gulf Hills Hotel & Resort - Hotel in Ocean Springs - 13701 Paso Rd, USA

Booked two nights to celebrate my birthday here. I was referred by a nice lady I met during a previous visit who’d booked rooms here many times in the past. Long story short, I didn’t want to leave when my time was up! Staff are all friendly and welcoming. I love so much the interior’s retro aesthetic. There’s many lobby spots throughout the inside of the building to stop and take a seat and relax a bit. The pool area is so nice and the surrounding landscape is beautiful, as well. I will surely be back to Gulf Hills Resort again in the future!

I had not been familiar with this property despite coming to visiting the Gulf Coast for years. However, upon researching a place to stay, I recently stumbled upon this unique gem of a hotel. The property is tucked away near a serene bayou in Ocean Springs with a very interesting history. The rooms have been renovated with a modern flair yet honoring the vintage style of the hotel itself. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the late night ice cream snack that was available at the front desk, and the notification about happy hour specials. Personally, my family and I like the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel and that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the beach front. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again. I would also check out some of the other sister properties such as the Beatnik and the Roost.

I've visited this hotel several times over the past few years and my experience has only gotten better. The staff remembers me and my needs and do whatever it takes to make my stay a pleasant one. The rooms are newly redone and the lobby is simply beautiful. I have no complaints. Thanks Sarah, Christine and Kinley for always making me feel right at home on EVERY stay!!!

I never leave reviews but this hotel is too good not to! Our first stay was so enjoyable and relaxing we came back the next weekend. Beautiful space and above and beyond hospitality - including for our dog who loves it as much as we do. We will absolutely be back soon.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I just had to share this gem. The service was top notch. I was visiting from MI and the staff made me feel like I was right at home. I had no idea about the history until I arrived. The hotel does a fabulous job of explaining what celebs frequented in the past. The vibe of the hotel was so cute and thought out. I will definitely be back! 10/10

Beautiful location. Quiet, with nostalgic American charm- has great updating of rooms and very nice amenities. Really nice new cocktail lounge. Close to the very pleasant small beach town of Ocean Falls which has great eateries and some shops that rival anything in much larger cities. If Elvis can stay there, why can’t you?

Have stayed here for decades. Few years ago needed remodeling needed. For while none made so we stopped going. This past 3 day weekend stayed there for local area social events. To our surprise the new upgrades, remodeling for most part done.|And very well done. Rooms modern, new lobby, meeting areas, good bar overlooking pool that has been upgraded. |Definitely recommend. Nice location to avoid crowds and costs at casino hotels .|Check it out .|Congratulations to management.

10/10. Nothing but great things to say about our stay! Easily one of the most charming & visually appealing hotels on the Gulf Coast. The bedding, mattress, & pillows were the comfiest I have felt in a while! Checking in/out was a breeze & the staff is super friendly.
