I had a great experience as a buyer! Everything was explained throughly with a great bank assistance! I wanted to invest money and Gulf Breeze Manufactured Home Community has the best, clean and with the proper maintenance mobile homes available! I share my experience so you won't hesitate and give them a chance to assist you with a purchase! The people in this community are all respectful! I'm happy with this opportunity!

My husband and I stopped in as we are looking to retire in the area next year. The manager Tara was super super helpful and very professional. Had great things to say about the company and of course Brownsville. She was so pleasant that I could tell she took great pride in her community. The grounds were very clean and the pool was very clear clean and inviting. She a Gulf breeze are top on my list. Kim Williams and Scott Williams.

Prior to relocating to Gulf Breeze, my wife and I visited on a Friday night. We expected to hear people partying, and out of control like other areas of Brownsville that we had visited. However, it wasn’t like that at all. Not only was it quiet, it was pleasant! Neighbors waving, and the lake area on the backside of the park was very appealing! We’ve lived here a year now, and feel we made a wise choice! The management (Tara), and staff are pleasant and easy to work with! I honestly can’t saw anything negative about the Gulf Breeze community! It’s a Great community!

I have lived at this property for 6 months. We have met a lot of nice people. This property is beautiful and well maintained and managed too.There is always something going on. Daily activities for the whole family to enjoy. There is a nice heated pool too definitely a good place to live.

We love Gulf Breeze!!! Tara Saldana the manager is wonderful! The grounds and pool are very well maintained. Plenty of activities to do. We will definitely come back here for our winter's.

Very comfortable and safe ...Management is Awesome very communicated and Respectful Here in our community is VERY CLEAN and workers are always on task. My kids love it here!...now besides living around elderly ppl is a true task but Thank GOD ..we can manage😊☺.. 100% satisfied.

The manager Tara, has always answered me when ever I have a concern with polite responses. The maintenance men keep the park beautiful. Peaceful and gated for privacy. Neighbors are kind and wave. I have lived here for a few years.

This RV park was on Passport Am. and advertised for $17.00 a night. There was no manager there on a Sunday when we pulled in. A lovely couple found us an open spot and called the manager, which was ok. However the next day when we went to pay they no longer honor Passport American charge $36 a night won't take money but only a money order. We tried nicely to talk to the new manager and explain if she'd have posted a sign on the office door stating they no longer accept Passport Am. and the rate was $36.00 then we wouldn't have stayed. She wasn't interested in what we had to say only what the policies were now. We reported them to Passport America, but anyone else wanting to stay there just bewared.
