Gulf Beach RV Resort - RV park in Biloxi - 2428-B, Beach Blvd, USA

This RV resort is awesome. Has a pool, laundry area, free ice machine. It's across the street from the beach. Close to casinos, restaurants and attractions. You stay two nights and I wish we stay longer. Maybe we'll come back in the fall when its a little bit cooler. Quiet. It was a really nice getaway We had three RVs in our party. And we all raved about how wonderful this are we parked is the front desk ladies are awesome Thank you for your hospitality We will definitely be back.

This an edit after ready their reply to my review: I know for a fact there is a waiting list. The minute I don't pay the balance $800.00 you will call the first person on the waiting list and take their full price while keeping my half deposit. This is a shady way of doing business. There is absolutely know mention in the receipt emailed to me when paying the deposit of there being a "No cancellation policy". After staying at this resort six different times I called to cancel a reservation for the week of Cruising the Coast. I've already been charged half the price to my card ($802.50). My receipt for the reservation makes no remark that cancelling for this event is not possible. It does say that cancellations for holidays will result in a $25.00 charge if before 30 days, anything less than 29 days there is no refund. I ask for this refund more than 3 months out form the date I was to come. I understand that Cruising the Coast is a special event. That's evident by the price we pay for the spot. I also know Gulf Beach RV Resort has a waiting list of people trying to get a spot for Cruisin so they would not have a problem feeling my cancellation. I'm a business owner and I would never treat a customer who has spent thousands of dollars in the past this way. The money isn't going to break me. But what I'll be sharing on Social Media every chance I get will not be a recommendation for this resort.

I had made a reservation for this location from July 3 to July 4, 2024. I had checked their availability for almost 4 weeks prior just to make sure there was a spot for those dates. The site I selected for my RV was available for 4 weeks, so I assumed it was safe to wait. However, on the day of my departure from Florida, my RV broke down just 20 miles from my house, and that was the end of my travel plans. I contacted the front office to inform them of my situation and decided to cancel all reservations along the route. Everyone understood my situation and refunded my deposit without any questions, except Gulf Beach Resort. I failed to check their cancellation policies and it turned out to be 7 days prior to the reservation. It was frustrating because 7 days in the middle of the summer when their sites were available for the entire month I was checking before my trip, in my opinion was to long.When things happen on the road, most of the time you will be out of that window. I have never been to this resort, and I won't discourage anyone from going, but they seemed overly concerned with money. I paid $80 for a reservation that I never used and I know the site were available, 4 weeks, during and weeks after my cancellation. I know because I checked the site to see if it was rented. Leassons learned, next time I'll check the small pring or ask.

Such a wonderful RV park. Concrete slabs with all the hookups. Love the covered pavilion next to the office. Can see the ocean across the street. This is our second time here and we will be back. We've stayed in spots 1 and 2 both times. The staff is wonderful!

It’s a nice campground HOWEVER the sites are so close, 12”. There is no room to park your vehicle without being on top of your neighbors sewer or blocking your camper door. We could barely get out of our truck without hitting either camper. Your picnic table is sitting inches from the sewer hookup. If your neighbor’s sewer is not hooked perfectly or has a leak I cannot even imagine that nightmare. I hoped when they built the second phase they would have corrected this issue but nope they were more about $$$ than making it a true resort that travelers would want to stay. I don’t think we will be back. Several other campgrounds in the area to stay.

This RV park is one of our favorites. The location is perfect for sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. Easy access to bike riding on the Gulf, shopping, casinos and events. The staff is helpful and welcoming. They all work hard to make your stay the best possible. We had a wonderful stay!

Not clean and not family friendly. We stayed in a beach view site for 3 nights. On the second day it rained so we attempted to take our family to the clubhouse to play cards, only be asked to leave because a club was holding a private meeting which lasted over 2 hours. The dryer facility vents are broken causing extreme heat in the laundry room. The showers were not cleaned during our 3 night stay. The same soap remains and hairball (pictured) were present for our entire stay. Residents hosted drunken karaoke directly behind our camper on Saturday night which ruined our hopes for family time. We engaged the campground and no help was given to remedy the situation.

Nice quiet park. Good water, power and sewer connections. Concrete sites ( a little Small but big enough for all our stuff . Right across from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cell phone connection suxs but that is supposedly a cell tower issue. Could use more doggie poop disposal places.
