Zero stars if I could🤢 We booked online, arrived at late afternoon early evening, and the lobby was locked. So we rang the door bell and was told to go to a drive up window. My boyfriend told her we booked online and she tried to get us to pay AGAIN! When he said he already paid it, she put a towel and stapler over the hole to talk through and just walked away….. so we stood there for a minute baffled and then gave up and went to our truck. Finally some guy with no shoes on, looks like he just got out of bed, comes up to our truck while we’re finding somewhere else to go. He told us to come inside. I stayed outside and waited. When we finally did get a room, they immediately called us at our room and said “you want smoking or non smoking?” Like you already asked us this and we confirmed non smoking. The sheets or pillow reeked of cigarettes when I went to lay down. My boyfriend fell down the sketchy uneven stairs. The bed with hard as a rock! I’m talking flintstone age. I woke up today with major back pain. There’s a weird window in the bathroom. Then the most sketchiest thing was there’s was something plugged up and command stripped to the tv. It looks weird and served no purpose to the tv. We unplugged it instantly. Looked like a microphone set up and I’m not even kidding. Do not stay here. No matter how desperate you are.

I had to stay here for an emergency. I was only here for a few hours. The water was hot. But the room was in bad shape. Stepped on at least three cockroaches. I had to check out around 3 a.m. and the manager refused to go check my room so I could get my deposit back. I still haven't been able to get it. He won't mail it to me. I'll never go back here again.

Owner was very rude when I asked for a different room. Had a momma roach in the first room and had hairs in sheets. Had a female attitude and was male.

If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I understand this is an age of technology and leaving a review can hurt or help a business. So when I leave review know I put serious thought into this. I stayed here for 3 weeks. The price was great, the environment was quiet and and good. Now for the room it was not cleaned to normal standards. They didn't Mop or sweep I had to turn off the AC. Let it defrost and then turn it back on. To find out that the vent had an inch or More of Lit from the room Stuck in there when I first walked into the room, it reaped of weed. There was no ashtray, but it was a smoking room on top of it, there was stains all over the linen. I'm talking the bed and the towels. They did not clean my room nor did they offer to and then I got in trouble for cleaning out the length trap cause the owner told me to sweep up the lamp and put it in the trash can then I was not allowed to have nobody over either, and on top of it my kid's father went. To jail for beating me and they would not. Let me stay here nor would they give me back my deposit and keep in mind. I stayed in. I stayed here for 3 weeks without a problem. This place is not a good place. The management is not good. Him and his family live there and they're not very kind. That's all I got to say, do not stay here if you didnt have to.

We needed a place to stay that was pet friendly and wouldn't break the bank on a deposit. While the price wasn't terrible, once we got in and settled we found out it was. Wifi didn't connect, television didn't work, and while the room looked clean enough come to find out the mattress was saturated in bed bugs after waking up with red marks all over our bodies. Pillows were lackluster at best. Staff had very little professionalism and looked upset that we even wanted a room at 7pm. So with room rate, pet fee and deposit it was 80$ for bed bugs, no wifi and no cable. My advice drive on elsewhere, sleep in your car or if you're from Texas and have to come back for business, just put that hundred in your tank and sleep in your own bed.

BUGS BUGS BUGS Dirty bathtub, dirty mirror, dirty covers, dirty towels. If the obvious things are dirty, what else is dirty? Also, after checking my room to get deposit back manager said OK you get the deposit back. He wanted the card used to pay the room. I paid the deposit in cash. Since the room was paid for by a stranger to help us out I have no way to bring that card. He refused to give the deposit back as cash. The deposit was paid in cash. They kept my deposit and said quote "it's not my problem". So I left a room cleaner than I found it and paid them my deposit to do it. I'm furious I need my deposit back, he said they were keeping it.

WROST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED AT!!! The tv didn’t wrk there was no phone or microwave in the room, and the front desk guy was not trying to give me a new room or a refund. Finally got a new room and it hadn’t even been cleaned yet still trash from the other people who stayed previously still there. I refused to stay there so I got another room and there was no remote and no fridge. Completely dirty environment and I will NEVER spend my money here again. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

multiple stains on the sheets, tv screen had a crack in it, roaches ALL OVER the bathroom walls and in the A.C unit. Was desperate so decided to attempt to stay, but decided to pack up leave the second a roach crawled out from in between the head board and mattress. they refused to give a full refund because i had been there 15 minutes over the 30 minute refund policy. cheap yes but not worth it. there are other equally cheap but much cleaner places to stay.
