A group of 6 rooms stayed at Guest Inn during Bikers Blues & BBQ. The owners are really nice people and very accommodating! The rooms we’re comfortable and clean. Easy entrance, exit and parking for bikes. Very close to all the weekend activities. They left microfiber towels and windshield wipes on each bike one morning. Great place to stay!! We will be back next year!!
Having a push button sink Faust knob was different, but it worked. Saves money I guess for motel owner on water bill. Beds were good, tv worked, short on channels, shower good. Dusting needs to be done & cleaning floor a bit. But it all worked for us. Might stay there again.
The service is great! I made a mistake by booking the wrong night, which added complications for them and they accommodated me even though they didn’t have to and a refund wouldn’t have been possible either. The people here care and do a great job. The room is overall normal for the price and is cleaned well. No mold or mildew and clean towels. The sheets are clean, but I could see some old stains that seem to be evidence of bedbugs. I looked to check the mattress corners and found the mattress and the boxspring are encased as they need to be and must always stay that way when treated for bedbugs. There are no stains on the encasings or the layers over them. I don’t know what to say about the location because location is not something which typically concerns me. I just need a place to stay close enough to where I need to be in the morning.
It's definitely not horrible. I believe the owner stays on top of any drug use or anything out of the ordinary. Their decent rooms for the price. Definitely wouldn't say "omg you need to go here" but I also wouldn't tell you not to go.
If I could give 0 stars or better yet negative stars I would. Over $80 a night plus a $50 deposit. The room was awful… holes in the walls, timers on the bathroom light, what appeared to be cat litter or something similar on the countertop… no visitors unless each visitor pays five dollars before they enter the gas room and staff is rude and unreasonable. Wanted to charge me an extra $20 to have my two infant children in a pack and play that can’t even walk or crawl. Plus an extra $50 deposit for having babies then him knocking at 10 o’clock this morning and told us we needed to leave because a friend of mine who has a very small emotional support dog was holding the dog in the room and refused to give us a refund for a second night And said they were holding the deposit until they could check through. I have asked for the number to speak to the owner but I doubt anything he will say is going to make the experience any better I do not recommend this place and refuse to ever go back who do you pictures of the room on Donnie? Extra charges everywhere… can’t even use the microwave in the room… because one of the rules is no cooking in the room?!?! Then why put a microwave in the room?!? Awful awful awful… I will be disputing my deposit when they will surely be trying to keep it for no reason. We took pics of the room before thank god!
Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. WiFi was not great. The owner was amazing. He put me onto great MTB park located within riding distance (Railyard) and let me know about the Crystal Bridges Museum which was awesome. He also was very cool with me bringing my bikes into the room.
Positive: One of the cheapest motels in the area. Close to restaurants. Air conditioning worked good and was pretty quiet. Negative: Bathroom lights were in a timer and would not stay on, regardless of the time setting. No coffee packs or cups for the coffee machine. I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up so I could check out, get room inspected to get my $50 deposit back Negative: ""
Little hard to get in and out of but the staff is wonderful and really for what you pay the room really isn't bad. The room was clean and housekeeping checked on my needs daily. I would stay here again and would recommend this place
