My recent stay at the Guest Inn was a delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were exceptionally attentive throughout my stay. The check-in process was swift and efficient. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with tasteful decor that reflected the inn's rustic charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were thoughtful, including mini fridge, microwave, and television. The location of the Guest Inn is a standout feature. Situated amidst picturesque surroundings, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions, interstates, downtown Atlanta, and dining options. Overall, my experience at the Guest Inn was exceptional. The combination of attentive service, comfortable accommodations, and idyllic setting made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this inn to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with a touch of charm. I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

They do weekly rates. First 4 weeks $350 after 4 weeks prices drop down to $250. No housekeeping. You must keep room clean. Wifi is bad. Children very disrespectful. Police will harass you. I also want to add this....it doesn't matter that I was late on my rent or not. That's my personal business. Honestly that place needs to really be shut down. False advertisements. It's true enough that they do help you. But must we leave like dogs. Not enough hot water. You cam barley relax. I do have an opinion. And that's my opinion. It's not everybody business what we had going on. That's how you block your blessing by not doing it from the heart. Not being real. I swear it's hard for a person to look at there selves. You could be in that same situation. As soon as God blesses you with it he will take it away. So be careful how you treat people.

I stayed at this place for a while. No where is perfect. I made my stay a positive one because I knew my situation but one thing I can say about when I stayed is that I was well taken care of the entire time that i was there. You give respect and you get it back. I just want to say to the owner and Dante that I appreciate you both!

I enjoyed my time atguess inn. The property manager Donte was very helpful and understanding. The guest that are there are very friendly for the most part. I think the hotel could use some Tlc but Donte is working on it. Over all its a welcoming place.

This is a nice place the people here are nice I would go back.The place was clean and will kept up.I would be back for another stay.Its kid friendly||Clean no big.The only problem is that the ac was not working to will but it's ok I was able to deal with it.

I originally moved in because I was told that I'd pay $320/week for the first four weeks and then only $250/week thereafter. On my fourth week, I was then told the policy had changed and I'd have to continue paying $320/week. The whole purpose was to eventually be able to save money so I could get my own apartment or house. When I inquired about this policy change to another "employee," she wasn't aware of such a change... Another issue is the office is never open for service. They're supposed to be available after 10am, but there is never anyone in the office to assist you. I like that the rooms don't have roaches or bedbugs (even though the laundry room and walkways are filthy), and the area is safe for the most part because Cobb County police ride through frequently, and the location is quite convenient, but the overall customer service is lacking. It's $36/night or $320/week. Tell me how that makes any sense?

Had some issues and they were resolved in a timely manner. The front desk clerk Dante and the maintenance guy are courteous when handling situations.

I love the place. Right off I-20 and right by Six Flags. The walls are thick and you can't hear anyone next door. Everything works. Excellent cable channels and TV. I have two computers hooked up and no power has gone out. Powerful hot shower and one of the managers, Mercedes is gorgeous and fabulous...great personality. I saw her yesterday and she wore her long curly hair down and it was so super modelish.
