WARNING…….. well we are passing through and decided to find a hotel on google so of course the price was the first reason why we decided to stay instead of driving more so when we tried to pay online it denied my payment we tried to pay as quick as we could because we was sitting right in the front by the office not bothering anyone some man comes to the window and saying may I help you and we was telling him we are trying to book a request online and was told the reservation online was not working and the man said how much did it say it was we told him the price so of course we went in and paid directly so once we got the room key we went to the room not in front of the door it was used trash , the room was hot ,no towels, toilet paper and the toilet sit had what we think might of been nut on the toilet sit. So like anyone else we went to the office ,the man that worked in the office was not there but after 5 mins we spotted him and ask him to change rooms having high hopes we was thinking it would be a little better but nope it was not again with no towels , no bar soaps , no remote , and no it does not end there the shower was broken you can only take a bath. DONT STAY DONT STAY. Price might be right but it’s not worth it. I can promise you. You will be disappointed. Lost a customer.

⚠️WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE ‼️The dirtiest place I have stayed and I have stayed in plenty of hostels before. Broken toilet, cracks in the wall, broken lights filthy bathtub and toothpaste left in the sink from the previous person and blood stained pillowcases and of course if that wasn’t enough, there were people outside screaming at each other.

Rooms were not great, no coffee or breakfast as advertised. No pool. These aren't nice looking rooms. I would not recommend this place.

It’s friendly quiet place to stay ..if you need something you can ask at office and they will bring it right to it …rooms are nice and the air is cold in the room …I will always stay there when I am in Ardmore …they people at front desk are nice and always right there if u need something

The pictures you see were years ago...it's gone really down hill...rooms are nasty looking A/C front end removed...ants crawling inside from bathtub drain..and my microwave stopped working 1st day I checked in and owners said they weren't responsible for replacing it...owners are cheap n don't wanna spend money repairing rooms..wouldn't stay here ever again...I hope health officials shut it down...noone should stay here it's that bad

Stay the heck away from this place! Full of roaches, toilet doesn’t work, bed bugs, no towels and room smells like cigarettes.

Hotel manager is always at your service and very welcoming. Rooms are clean.

So my initial plan was to sleep in my car at rest stop. I had went to a concert down in Allen Texas. So I was able to afford this particular hotel. It was about an hour from the rest stop. Checking in was easy. I stayed in room 241. The only issues I came across was I had trouble opening the door. The desk clerk was nice enough to assist he really went above and beyond for that. When I got in my room I found deceased crickets maybe like 10 or so. The AC from what I could tell didn't work it looked as if buttons were missing or something. Beyond that I have stayed in worse hotels before. It did serve it's purpose for me. As I stated I simply stayed here just so I had a bed to sleep in and it was affordable. Would I stay here again probably not. But the deceased crickets was my major issue however in all honesty it could have been worse like deceased roaches which thankfully it wasn't. I just feel this place needs some TLC beyond that my stay wasn't the worst experience.
