I came out to support my best friend for her surgery. My stay was comfortable with a bunch of fluffy pillows which I loved. I almost overslept missing my complimentary breakfast. The shuttle to and from the hospital was a Godsend. The shuttle lady with the cute glasses was so sweet. Everyone was nice and took care of me all 3 days. The room was clean and the towels wrapped in cute shapes was a nice touch.

The bed was so comfortable. The desk clerks was so sweet and nice. And the shuttle drivers were so nice. Or'Dette made sure we were straight. We enjoyed our stay. I wish we had a stove top on the regular rooms like the suites. I love the suites. Smiles

This is an older hotel and located right behind a busy hospital, so expect to hear some ambulance sirens. It was so convenient and clean for us. I was especially impressed by the friendly attitude of all 3 employees with whom I interacted. Starting at the front desk- we showed up before noon and I was pretty sore post op. We were allowed an early check-in. Amazing and SO APPRECIATED!! Then I had help from a young lady finding some amenities ( I was still not quite normal from my anaethesia and my 84 y/o husband has mobility issues. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. Lastly our TV was tripped by a recent lightning storm and the receiver had to be reset- Oscar to the rescue! I was blown away by his generosity of spirit as he went above and beyond to find a receiver so that my husband had TV after such a long day. In short, if you are looking for a 5 star facility ( priced accordingly) consider alternatives. But if you care about the human factors of kindness, competence and a welcoming attitude- this crew has it NAILED. I would not hesitate to to stay here again. The prices are reasonable and the room(2queen beds with frig, microwave,and excellent breakfast ) were a bargain . Posted 6/5/24

Front desk is great and very responsive to your needs. Breakfast is great. Lobby is clean. After staying here for years because of its closeness to UAMS, I was so disappointed in our room. Wallpaper coming off wall. Dirty floors, tile in bathroom needs work. Table and countertop around sink at entrance looked dirty. One bed was better than other. Neighbors were very loud but I know nothing can be done about that. |Bed was clean. |This room needs some work. I don’t usually give this kind of review on Guesthouse but our room differently needed some updates.

This place was amazing! Both ladies at the front desk at night and the morning were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was spectacular and the lady serving was very nice as well. Finally a hotel that left 4 pillows per bed so it was the best sleep ever. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even lotion which wow who does that?! I love this hotel and def recommend it!

Just amazing the staff was the best. Todd Albert was a very amazing young man, with the best attitude I have ever experiencing in my life words can not do justice in describing his attitude professional and leisure. He went above and beyond in helping my family. We travel from Wichita ks and if we ever return to little Rock I hope I meet another Todd Albert. And all the staff was also amazing hat off also to Jessica Ramos.

Checked in late with no issues. Very convenient to hospital where my mother in law was hospitallized. Very nice stay, rooms were clean and quiet, we slept great. The next day Or'Dette at front desk was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Thank You!!!!

We were so tired and needed to stop for the night, this place was an answered prayer! Loved that the front desk answered and not a call center. Loved that we could pay cash without a CC hold. We slept very comfortably and all grabbed a great quick breakfast otw out.
