Good stay. Room was clean but a little worn. Couple of light bulbs were out and one small water leak. I would suggest that they replenish coffee daily. The price here for business stay is good. Be aware that they only clean rooms two days a week.

I booked this place for the Tesla chargers. None of the 4 worked. The 2 J-1772’s appeared to work but shut down after an hour of charging. Additionally, both main light bulbs in the bathroom were out. When I turned the heat on, it smelled awful & the smoke detector went off. Floor was sticky. Front desk was friendly.

Recently came back for another family vacation. We love this place, the last time we came there were 5 of us (2021), now we're a family of 7. This was perfect for our family to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves. This trip there were 8 of us because my mom wanted to visit Arkansas since she's never been. This is usually a quiet location for your family, but this visit was a little different. There was a party going on downstairs, we were on the 3rd floor and they were very loud, and you could smell the alcohol and smoke. One of my oldest daughters heard a lady crying in the hall about how she missed her markers or something, she was very confused hearing a drunk person for the first time. Overall we had a great experience, just wished those folks partied somewhere else because I have a 1 yr and 3 month old with me as well. We'll definitely be coming back to this location because we have family in the area. We did visit the outlet mall during our trip and I must say I really enjoyed it. Thank you for accommodating me and my family during our Spring Break 2024.

My room was very clean. The staff were all very plesant and kind. I really appreciated the shuttle service. I liked being so close to work since I was there due to a winter storm. I shall keep this hotel in mind for any future needs I have for lodging.

I was very impressed with Markham House Suites. The room we stayed in had 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen, everything was wonderful. The staff are all very friendly. Martha at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful, her personality is top notch. Arizona was our host for breakfast, she was very sweet and cooked a wonderful breakfast for the hotel guests. We had a great conversation over breakfast. If you need somewhere to stay, I 100% recommend this hotel. Thank You for a wonderful stay. And Thank You for having wonderful employees like Martha and Arizona. You ladies are God sent.

Review of Markham House Suites|I chose this hotel because of its proximity to UAMS hospital. It was a good choice for me. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. Most pleasing to me was that every employee I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and kind. This meant so much to me at a difficult time. Thank you. I look forward to staying here again if needed.

The staff are very friendly and assist in any way to make ur stay as confertable as possible. If ur staying in a room with a kitchen bring what ull need for cooking and cleaning up. Bring a can opener if needed. They may have something things if u happen to forget but can opener is not one of them. 3rd floor is breakfast pancakes, cereal, milk, fruit, coffee, more say hi to Arizona for us please she's a beautiful soul.

Staff were verry courteous. Barbra the check receptionist on the Tuesday evening was more than helpful. i was really impressed with your shuttle service to and from the VA appointment. your rooms clean and comfortable.
