Would give negative 5 stars if possible. Dead roaches everywhere (at least they were dead). Bed bugs, yes there are. Only 1 light worked in the room. The floors (if they were not wet) would have been more soft than the beds. Stains on the bed sheets and walls that looked like blood droplets. Water puddles on the tile floors. Hairs all over the bathroom sink. Words cannot describe the horrors of this place. Stay here only if you like slasher films, because it feels like you're in one if you enter. 100% did not look like the photos online.

Was the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen in my life not even being dramatic. rooms smelled horribly of mold and mildew!!!! I was trying to be reasonable but no she tried to show us "better" rooms to get us to stay and honestly it just got worse. I don't see how they are still up and running. It was so bad I didn't even stay. Hate I paid online still waiting on my refund SMH!!!

The management is rude. The rooms are nasty with bed bugs and roaches. The showers don't work properly and there is no hot water in most of the rooms and there is no privacy.

Very dirty.. the management is trash.. they will deny a refund if you aren’t satisfied with there filthy rooms.. customer service? Terrible! Rooms? Terrible! I 10/10 do not recommend!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. FAKE ADVERTISEMENT . WE ARE A BAND FROM CHARLOTTE WE RENTED 3 rooms. They are terrible. There was hair and roaches in the bathroom on the ceiling fridge. EVERYWHERE. ROOMS SMELL NASTY. We travel a lot and this is the nastiest place ever. Manager rejected to give us a refund. Even though he know he can get in trouble with the health department. Please don’t permit this type of service and report this people that think they can do anything in this country. We are not rats. We are human beings MISTER MANAGER!! And FYI We’ll report this issue

The place has potential. Great location and my room was large, clean, and quiet. In addition to a bedroom, my room had a nice living area and full kitchen. || Unfortunately, what would have been a happy experience was ruined by their OBSESSION with rules and threats to kick you out without refund. |||| I literally asked for a room, they told me the price, and I pay. The dialogue with staff was upbeat and positive until the moment I swiped my card and it approved. At that point, she immediately begin to lecture me about the rules and threatened to kick me out without a refund for "violations". What a way to ruin someone's vacation. ||||I come here to de-stress and relax. I expect to at least be treated as an adult. Instead, I'm given an embarrassing lecture by a lady who has, at best, a high school GED. Now I'm left feeling agitated and confrontational, and I didn't even do anything wrong. I should have just stayed home. ||||One of their many rules is "no loitering", which is pretty hard not to do considering it's your temporary home for the day. The rule is also illegal (see below). Presumably, you can't pack belongings in your trunk or sit in your car longer than a minute, since that would be loitering. .|||| I quit listening to their rules and refuse to watch channel 2, which is the "rule channel" they tell you to watch and study at check in. I have Authority Defiant Disorder. It makes me want to break rules I disagree with and have confrontations with those supposed to be in authority, when I disagree with them. So I'm left wanting to intentionally violate their "no loitering" rule just so they kick me out. Then I can sue for breach of Implied Warranty to Quiet Enjoyment of the premises. The implied warranty to quiet enjoyment can't be waived by management and would totally be sufficient to get up to$15k in actual and/or punitive damages, without needing to hire an attorney. You would just need to go to the courthouse and file a small claims court lawsuit form and pay the $100 court fee, which you'd recover later as part of the award or settlement.
