I really love this place. It's almost like Spanish tapas as you order one taco at a time. They have classics like pastor or fusion like their pork belly taco both were awesome. We also got to try their birria tacos which are really authentic even down to the goat neck, and the sopa you dip it in. Definitely check this out if tacos are your thing. We did not get to try their mixed drinks but we plan on going back.

I really liked this restaurant's atmosphere. The employees were very friendly and I loved the swinging chairs. I ate in one with a small table in front of it. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of gluten-free options or cross-contamination options. Most Mexican/ Latin restaurants have more options than here. The chips have cross contamination because there is no dedicated frier, so that cuts out the nachos or chips with salsa. They have a bbq taco, but I could eat three and beans / rice. So I got the beans and rice with one taco that was ok but not what I wanted. No dessert. I ordered the dorito's the cheese because it was on the gluten-free menu to find out dorito's are not gluten-free. I was bummed. So, likely hood of me coming back here are slim to non unless they get more options or even a dedicated frier. I also got some cross-contamination, so I was happy. If you have a gluten allergy that is severe, I would be cautious here.

We didn’t had high hopes for a restaurant by the mall but honestly the food was great! They have classics like Al pastor or Carne Asada but also interesting spins on tacos like the Baja Chicago with a Chorizo sausage. They have a nice patio and the service was fantastic! Both our waiter and the restaurant manager were on top of our orders. Way better than we anticipated!

Alex was a great waiter had a good experience as it was my time. Recommended the Carne Asada and also birria lamb tacos. Had a few margaritas would recommend this place for a group of friends get together or a celebration of any sort!

Lovely food and great service! Everything we ordered was stellar and loved the fun twist on elote. Had the horchata inspired cocktail and loved the sweet/salty balance on it. Would definitely come here again.

First time and will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu! Corn ribs are great and buttery. Boyfriend and I had an assortment of tacos. All were great in their own way. I enjoyed the sopapillas the most.

I'll just start by saying I totally recommend Guapo Taco! This place is great - service, food, atmosphere, all of it. Hit it up on a Monday for an early dinner before a movie and by the time we left it was pretty busy, especially for a Monday, which was great to see! Our server, Jeff, was great - super prompt, personable, made solid recommendations, and was really proud to be a part of the team there. Drinks and food come out fast and fresh. The margaritas are really good and happy hour is even better! We tried the nachos with pork, and they were awesome. We also tried a variety of the happy hour tacos - steak, chicken, and pork and all were good! The sopapilla dessert is also a must get - even if you think you're totally stuffed, they're super light and fit right in! I'm still thinking about the whipped dulze de leche - it was so good - like a super light and fluffy pudding-esque dipping sauce. Yum! We'll be back very soon!

This is by far my favorite place in Colorado for Mexican food. Our server Jeff, was spot on with suggestions for food and drinks. The Anticuado Guapo cocktail was pretty much a old fashioned, taquilla style. Fantastic. Also, If you like spicy, they have some super hot sauce that is home made and will elevate your food to the next level. 10/10.

Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
