So I've been following Quac and Rolls food truck for.... a long time. 5 years? 10? Either way, it turns out what they can do with a full kitchen is amazing. Unique Mexican. Like we all know there's 3 or 4 restaurants in the area with the same recipes and the same ingredients. Not so here. Polite service. Super clean and still welcoming atmosphere. And the food... my god the food is so amazing. The hot sauce lives up to its name. I cannot tell you how much I wish they were closer. Totally worth it. Also much or most of their business seems to be takeout, so dining I'm on a Friday afternoon was speedy and pleasant.
Real GOOD food 💯 that will uplift your MOOD. Open, clean, and inviting environment. The Boys and I are going to try the Barstow Burrito next- filming it for fun. This is the Quesabirria and Steak Torta shown in photos. This is a must see in Downtown.
Prices are amazing and the portions match that, everything tasted fresh and authentic. They recommended a super spicy salsa and it was amazing and I’m sweating while I type this. I’ll be ordering some more tacos to take home! This is my family’s new go to spot for Mexican food.

Literally have not had better food ANYWHERE in Wisconsin - the best in Eau Claire by far. We will come back again and again. Al pastor is our favorite meat and theirs is PHENOMENAL, we got it as street tacos and a burrito. Also tried the Birria Loaded Nachos, equally as tasty. Huge portions for very reasonable prices!!!!

Tostados are my favorite, the tortilla is the perfect crisp. the flavors are really authentic and the ingredients are always fresh. I have tried all the meats and you can’t go wrong, good spice and no grease ! I order and get so excited to start eating, it’s that good! They have quick service, so a great lunch spot if you’re in a hurry.
One of our boys found this place on Google, so we decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Food was great. Service was too. Restaurant was clean. Margarita was delicious! Family run. Very nice crew.
I was on a road trip and looking for a pastrami sandwich. The Goodfella with pastrami and roast beef was great! Fresh and fast. I ordered through the side window, not sure if there is inside space to sit, there is a small patio if the weather is nice
