The sweetest staff! After I was rudely turned away from the Beaumont location for having my children with me, the Groves location got me in and out within minutes. The lady who helped me was so sweet to my kids which made a huge difference with me! I will always go to the Groves location whenever I need fingerprints done.

Disappointed with this business exper. In order to come in and get what i needed done, i had to select an appointment time. They are in 10 min intervals. When i came in there were 8-10 people in ft of me and i have been waiting over 20 mins. If i have to coose an apointment why are there so many with the same one? Not professionally run. total wait time over 45 mins. thanks.
Jeez talk about fast! I was worried cause of the horror stories we all hear about. This location was incredibly efficient and made the entire process easy. The ladies were as nice as can be. You want to visit this location for any services you may need.

I got my open water certification here. The whole team at the dive shop was great to work with. My instructors Dylan and Levi were very knowable and flexible with scheduling the dives. The whole experience was a lot of fun. I will definitely be going
