Legit Don Ross course. Unusually short so leave your driver at home. 5th hole you want to stay straight, traffic on the right with no tree cover or nets. Fairways and greens were in great shape, but traps need to be redone, most are washed out. Staff was friendly, fun round.
Great golf course in great condition. Friendly staff and Larry, the starter, was amazing!
What's up, golfers!! Its dad coming in with a hot take on The Omni Park Inn Golf Course in Asheville, North Carolina and flibbertyjibbet, from the moment I arrived, I was struck by the immaculate condition of the course, with lush green fairways and perfectly manicured greens that were a joy to putt on. The course itself is challenging, with plenty of wide open spaces to show off your long game, but also enough hazards and tricky shots to keep you on your toes. The layout is cleverly designed, taking advantage of the natural terrain and incorporating some truly breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. But what really sets this course apart is the attention to detail and the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the friendly and knowledgeable caddies to the attentive waitstaff at the clubhouse, every aspect of the golfing experience is taken care of with the utmost care and professionalism. Overall, I can not recommend the Omni Park Inn Golf Course highly enough to any golfing enthusiast looking for a top-quality course in a stunning location. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a casual player, this course is sure to provide you with a memorable and enjoyable golfing experience.
A very fun and quick course if you don’t get people in front of you. Lots of walkers and with a lot of hills means a little slow play if you get stuck behind them. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Players generally let you go through if you’re by yourself. There are a ton of balls in the grass bushes.. I think I left some souvenirs myself :)
A short (less than 7,000 yds) course, it has a lot of history and is relatively challenging. A great accompaniment to your stay at the Omni Grove Park Inn.
Hospitality...World Class...Tee to Green outstanding conditions. Greens tricky to read. Sweet mountain views. Tuesday pace of play.. excellent 👌 Beverage cart..yes!! Water stations on the course. Nice restrooms.. Worth the $$$$.
Excellent Donald Ross designed course. Shorter course but don't let that deceive you
The course itself is relatively short. Short par 5s. Sort of long par 3s. Nothing spectacular. Not much of a view. We played here while staying at the Omni Grove Park Inn for the weekend. It was $175 per player on a Saturday afternoon. Overpriced. No practice range, only one tiny green to chip and putt for warn ups. They have nets(3) that you can hit balls into for warming up. Employees at the Cabana Grill were friendly. I would NOT play here again.

Canât believe I just found this hidden gem not far off of Thompson Street! One of the few coffee shops open at 7 am with a variety of coffee/espresso based drinks, hot cocoa bar, and breakfast tacos. Got a dirty chai and egg/cheese burrito - both
