Grocery Outlet is... the BEST! Love the NOSH section, love the ice cream selection, the flowers and plants, the seasonal end caps, aisle 1, the produce, the word-of-mouth random items being carried currently that you hear about from coworkers, etc! It's a community and an experience. Always fun to see what's in stock.
Would get a 5 star but since the hours on the door doesn't match to online I give 3. Online says 9pm close but on the door itself it says 9:30pm they close. Suggest they fix their closing time on the door to reflect the online.
I love the store so clean and easy to find things and if you need help the folks that work there are very helpful. 👍🙋♀️
Super prices, clean store and a good selection of items. Staff/ cashiers are pleasant and helpful. Great store to get quality groceries at a fair price.
You can't get used to a product because it's not always there the next time you go back. But prices are very cheap. Good choices. Lots of wine, a good assortment of beers as well. The staff is pleasant, the store is clean. If you're shopping for the beach or your shopping for a barbecue, everything is there
Eric has great customer service skills, he has great de-escalation skills, he keeps calm and collective. Should train all the staff in his skills to treat unhoused, folks with mental health and kids. I have had the opportunity to see him humanize and engage with irate customers. He does great. Unfortunately, I witnessed a few women staff act irate and disrespectful to a man and kid (under 10), yes who may have been stilling however, they could have handled the situation with more care for the kid and customers watching. Eric, seems like a modeled employee and I hope he can train his Co workers on best practices such as calmness, respect, and empathy.
My recent trip to the grocery store was quite uncomfortable. The constant scrutiny from store associates, who seemed to be monitoring my every move, made the experience unsettling. Overhearing their conversations on their headphones discussing my actions added to the discomfort, leaving me feeling uneasy throughout my shopping trip. I managed to get one of their names after checking out and it was the cashier named Alice.
You can spend $500 bucks.Guess what!!! No bathroom for you or your elderly family member. No more pandemic they just don't care if you have to use the bathroom with one cashier.
