Since early 2022, both of our family-run businesses, MJS Law and ChampionPEO, have been collaborating with GRIT. A former employee had damaged and discarded their company-issued laptop, leaving us in a difficult position. Our records were incomplete, and we couldn't determine the laptop's model or the appropriate deduction from the employee's final paycheck for the unreturned equipment. Thanks to this, we successfully recouped $1,300.00 - an amount we would have struggled to verify independently. Our company uses GRIT to manage our servers and networks instead of having an IT department of our own. Since they manage many clients, there’s always someone available to address any needs we have and they have people who are knowledgeable about anything that comes up. It costs us less than keeping our own staff. They’re also really friendly and professional.
