It was decent but not enough sauce. My first slice was good, but the second slice only had a very small amount of sauce. 95% of the slice was cheese on crust. Very skimpy on toppings as well.
Grimaldi's is a Brooklyn based pizzeria which has opened up branches in 10 states around the country including a few places in the Dallas area. We recently dined at their this place at The Shops in Highland Village and found everything to be ok.
We tried their signature thin-crust, coal-fired brick over pizzas, choosing custom topping choices, one of the pizzas crust was perfect, the other fairly soggy but overall the pizzas tasted good. Salad served up with our meal was similarly decent, nothing amazing nor bad - just decent salad.
My husband and I don't often have time for date nights but we were able to enjoy a rare one and had a good dinner at Grimaldi's recently. We each ordered a small pizza and a Greek salad to share. Everything was fresh and delicious. We took the leftovers home and even re-heated, it was yummy.
The atmosphere was nice, it wasn't too loud and I could even hear some Sinatra playing over the speakers (one of my faves). Our waitress that day was also great! I wish I could remember her name but she was very attentive and was on top of everything. Overall it was a great experience 😊
Disgusting table littered with crumbled pizza crust and sauce from a customer that had been there before. We litterly had to wipe our own table down unless we wanted other peoples food on our "clean" table. The plates on the table had red sauce still dried on them as if they couldn't even afford hot water. When I asked for an obvious red wine it took not once but twice and the waiter still brought white wine. Clearly the owner doesn't care as I spoke to him shortly after. I wouldn't go here unless you plan on ordering to-go cause that's about all they can seem to do right. This was on a Saturday at 5pm the restaurant was barely half full. Embarrassing to say the least and I won't ever consider bringing my mother back to this slum.
This place is a gem! It’s great for family nights or relaxed date nights. The pizzas are very authentic and the flavor it’s amazing! Coal brick ovens. They have about three sizes (12”, 16”, and 18”) I believe, and you can do combinations of half and half. The place have plenty of indoors and covered outdoors seating, for small and large parties. They have a great selection of wines (6oz, 9oz, and bottled), and cocktails. Their signature cocktails (vodka, tequila, rum, etc) are about $13, and the desserts include cannoli, tiramisu, and cheese cake. Service was extremely nice, and prompt, they give you good recommendations, and check on you continuously. Prices are good for the quality and quantity of the food (pizzas ranging from $13 to around $30) depending on the size and ingredients.
Went in tonight thinking it was beautiful night to sit on the patio and sit I did. Sat for 20 minutes not one waiter or waitress acknowledged us. I went to the host stand hoping to find someone to wait on us and they didn’t seem to know. The host kid followed me and told the waitress who had been by us multiple times and she looked at us shrugged her shoulders and went and greeted a table that just sat down. I have owned a business in the shops for several years now and frequent the restaurants a lot. But have only received good service here one time. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other restaurants who still value customer service.
I have several friends who rave about this place, so It’s entirely possible they were having an off night. I was super underwhelmed by it all. My wife did a web order for two pizzas with 3 toppings each cooked extra crispy for pickup and was told they’d be ready at 6.(about 30 minutes out) She got there and they told her they were out of sausage ingredients so no meatballs or Italian sausage. no call, no attempt to reach out, nothing. So she made some substitutions and waited. Beef, pepperoni and bacon and chicken pesto and bacon. Upon getting home, the chicken pesto had pepperoni and meatballs. (Even though they were out of meatballs) and they weren’t even close to crispy. We called to see what we could do to fix it. (I realize I sound like a diva but it’s our anniversary and we wanted it done right.) They said they’d remake if she wanted to drive back. She drove back and they remade the chicken, bacon, pesto twice. So now, we have a cold pizza at the house waiting for the remade one to make it home.
The pizzas look great, but those two 11 inch pizzas came out to 55 bucks. That’s like $4.50 a slice. For that amount of money I expect much better service and honestly better pizza.
The one star goes to the woman at the take out station. She was great.
Just looked at the receipt and we we’re over charged by 8$ as well.
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza that ended up costing me $26 dollars. The pepperoni costed 4$ extra. there was 5 penny sized pepperoni on each slice. if the topping is going to cost so much add more. i really wanted to like this place.. pizza was a little bland and way too expensive

Hands down, the best service! My husband and I came here and had a great experience. Frank was wonderful, helpful, informative, and took his time with us. He was quick to get to know our style and needs. Weâll definitely be coming back soon.
Churrasquito Guatemalteco, basically a Guatemalan carne asada was unbelievable! I have NEVER had that cut of meat before so tender.
Wife had Fajitas beef and shrimp. All ingredients are made fresh. Guacamole as sides were rival to table side style a

The best park weâve found so far! My kids had a blast today. We played at the splash pad and had a great time, then we went and got their scooters and walked the nicely paved trails they have. We also tried fishing off of the PFC Aaron M. Hudson Me
Thoroughly enjoyed the Blackberry Mead and had a great time doing the music trivia. Cool old pub vibe and great folks. Jenny seriously slings the brews.
A quick stop on the way to Denton and located this park. Great place to take our pup and hopefully soon our grandkids to the children's park next to it.
Love that our flag is flying here, 1st dog park I've visited to host it.

I wish they had iced coffee but they don't. They have home fries which are called crispy potatoes but you have to ask for them they aren't on the menu. Snooty Pig sandwich was pretty good and the Snooty Pig skillet was good. Both great portion size
Never have I seen this place doing so much business before and for that I am glad to see. Fresh cooked to order food that is priced just right. Lady said it would be about 15 minuets for our food to come out and I thought, yea right as busy as they
