Grille 620 - American restaurant in Ellicott City - 11099 Resort Road Suite 304, USA

Came here for a simple and healthy dinner and we were not disappointed. Tuna tartare was slightly salty, but doable; butternut squash soup is seasonal and was delicious; beets salad had just the right amount of cheese on it; steak strip cooked as we ordered , very juicy & the 620 blue martini (they made it like a dirty martini) was perfect cause it came with 3 blue cheese, stuffed olives, just the way I like it 😁. Service was good like always. We have came here for late night bites & brunch as well. The bar area does get lively towards later on at night, but fun. All of our experience at 620 has been positive this far, definitely recommend!

Returned to Grille 620 to celebrate my niece's birthday. She has never been here before, but she knows how picky I am about my steaks I ordered the 30 oz cowboy steak to share with my nephew. The chef cut it for us, and what a steak! It was a tad well done by the bone, but we didn't care as it was delicious. My niece ordered the salmon, and my wife, as usual, orders the branzino. One couldn't help but notice how quiet my table became as all we were all enjoying our meals. Our server, Garrett, I asked for him specifically, and if you ever ask for him too, you will know why. The man is the epitome of excellence. He knows the menu so well and gives such wonderful suggestions. We are already looking forward to our next trek out to Grille 620.

Our waitress, Heather, was great and every selection from drinks to starters to entrees were prepared perfectly and were delicious! The crab guacamole could have had more crab or change the name to guacamole with some crab.

Highly recommend for date night! Our server Mercedes was great, very attentive and helpful. Everything we had was delicious, highly recommend the lobster roll and the Blue Point oysters. Lovely interior and friendly staff, and the Panna Cotta was a perfect dessert to end on. 10/10, will be back!

Can't get enough of their chicken and waffles!! Order a plate each time! Oysters are awesome! Bottomless Mimosas during brunch can't go wrong! Not a hype post, but the right post! Try this place at least twice! Lol 🦪🍤🍦🍧🥂🍹

An amazing local place to that has some upscale food choices. Gabriel was an amazing server and very attentive.

Great food, service and contemporary atmosphere. We had the Chef’s special (Steakhouse burger) which was phenomenal. The cheerful service at our table came not only from our waitress but, the manager checked in with us. You will want to come back once you’ve tried Grille 620.

Our new favorite find in town! Awesome service, semi-formal with proper silver service. Rotating specials, fresh seafood, and an extensive bar. An intimate setting, reservations recommended. The food was fresh and the experience was a delight. Our server was attentive and personable. Many fresh options including Chesapeake & Chincoteague oysters. Fresh lamp lollipops, and lump crab meat galore. Multi-course meal if you’d like it to be, great spot. Excited to go back for brunch!
