Grill On the Green - American restaurant in Green Valley - 5800 S Camino Del Sol, USA

Came in about 630 on 2/2, seated ourselves. 15 min or so a young lady asked if we had reservations, we replied no and she went back to setting/bussing tables.after about 20 min my wife inquired with another employee if we could get some menus. We were finally got menus and ordered. My wife chose the new York steak off of the lite menu and a diet coke ,I ordered the Bleu cheese burger med/rare w/coffee. When it came out we had to ask for silver ware and I for some extra catsup. The steak was great, cooked right. No coke ever served . My burger was way overcooked on a dry STALE bun.No extra catsup , No coffee refill ever offered. We've eaten here numerous times in the past 3 years and never encountered this poor level of service. That blue cheese burger used to be the best in the valley . Jim Sims

I had Salmon which I thought was dry and hard. Others thought it was okay. It was served on a bed of romaine. There was alot of "end" of leaf mixed in. There were supposed to be carrots but I found only a few slivers -- and I do mean a few!! Avocado slices seemed old --- really mushy. The service was slow and we were not asked if we needed anything. She could have checked on us. We were not offered dessert.

The food was amazing! I was truly surprised how friendly the staff were but the hostess/manager ladies made us feel welcomed and it’s the first time that has happened in Green Valley Restaurant. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and peaceful.

Let's play guess the price on the photos I uploaded to this review. We did a take out order with 3 different options, only 2 of the entrees are photographed. We ordered 2 entrees & 1 app combo. I do not know if this was because it was a take out order & put the BARE MINIMUM on our plates... but the amount of money they charge for mediocre food is ASTONISHING. I'm honestly flabbergasted at the price they charge for these "Entree." Unless you live in the area, go for it. But if you are looking for a hardy meal after a long day of 18 holes... I'd choose a different restaurant. 1st The attached photo was $17! 2nd photo $18 100000000٪ not worth the price. Especially For over $50... its literally a scam at this point. Do not recommend.

I wanted a cheeseburger and fries so my friend suggested this place since its down the street from his house since we are visiting from out of state. They had about 30 min before closing and it seemed they didn't like that. After looking at the menu I wanted to try the rib eye shaved sandwich but after I got it and ate it it quite didn't hit the spot. The fries were really good and my friends got the patty melt which looked really good and they both enjoyed it. We were the last ones out but our server Pat was really nice and the reason I even tried the steak sandwich was because Pat said it was her favorite! Thank you Pat for being awesome!

This was one of our favorite restaurants but they apparently have a new chef and all new menu. We were getting to be regulars for the Wednesday night walleye that was excellent but that is now gone. I used to love the chicken florentine and would always get an extra one to take home. Sadly, also gone. We ended up walking out after learning the walleye was gone as nothing on the new menu appealed to us. Very disappointing as our little town has very few good restaurants.

The wait was over 30 min to sit down even with a reservation. Missing table settings, and the waitress was so overwhelmed with customers that she was not that attentive. Food was awesome but service was lacking.

Had delicious lunch. Shrimp Dish - was tasty with just a bit of kick, beef was tender and tasty mashed potatoes. Followed with coffee and dessert- Tres Leche cake was ok, Tiramisu was better.
