Location is the ONLY THING going for this place. It was absolutely disgusting. I have been to many hotels and I have never seen anything like this. They apparently bought out a lot of smaller hotels around them, but have not updated them at all. Very old very dirty didn’t even feel safe at all. We stayed in what looks like used to be called the flamingo hotel the floors, the walls, the baseboards, everything was disgusting and to top it off they still charged almost $400 for the night. Completely overpriced

Probably in all my years of travel one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. Unkempt and dirty would probably be kind words to use. Stain marks in bathroom and bathtub made it uninviting and unhygienic. Bedroom had more marks and scratches on the walls and doors than a Friday night rave in a run down venue. Clearly no money or love spent on maintenance or upkeep. I probably should have been aware at check in when the representative was more interested in his text conversation on his phone than the check in process and failed to react to the customers pointing out the cockroach running across the lobby. All in all no one should continue paying money to be a guest here until they invest in some basic maintenance and cleanliness.

I miss all of you and I am coming back next year in the fall! People are awesome job and friendly. Highly recommended 👌

I checked in on 1/25 and Kirwin took excellent care of me as does Anyi each visit. I really appreciate the level of guest service I receive each week for my weekly staycations. I really enjoyed the room Kirwin assigned me. ||I stayed in RM 1306 and it was very quiet, comfortable, and very clean. I’m literally feet away from the Broadwalk and the beach. ||Thank you all for always providing excellent guest service each stay! ||Shawn B

Cheap rooms, low service, GREAT location. If you are picky, go somewhere else. If location is most important then a good value.

Its truly a 2 star place. And the 2 stars are for the distance to the beach. The rooms, dirty. Pools, dirty. Front desk, disrespectful. And it says free wifi and parking - thats a lie. Wifi, barely. And parking is 20$ every night or they'll call and have your car towed.

We checked in, Tyler, Karen and Maria were all at the front desk. They were all so inviting and accommodating. Customer service was fantastic and smooth. The rooms were clean and literally 10 secs away from Hollywood boardwalk. Will definitely book this hotel again. Excellent price and location!

Check in was great. Tyler, Karen and Maria were fantastic and very sweet. Rooms were clean and spacious and only 500 ft away from the beach. Parking was $18 a day but it's reasonable for this area. Will be back and definitely recommend to friends and family.
