I knew the previous owners which were Bob and Judy Gregory. They were always very nice people. I like the new owners as they are young and have a lot to bring to the table as far as new ideas for the future. They have an adorable little country store that has lots of little things that caught my eye. I was happy with the room accept for a couple of things. There is no wheelchair ramp to get up to the rooms and the fact you have to step up into the bathroom which I think might be a problem coming out if you forget you have to step down. The bed was soft and the bedding was clean, air conditioning worked perfect. I like the outside too because they have a patio deck with chairs and table and a place to smoke if you need to. I was very pleased with the service and had a personal request which they handled very nicely even in a pinch. I think the price might be a little high but it is peek season so that is to be expected. I loved the country atmosphere versus the city. I will definitely keep it in mind for the future.

I recently stayed at Gregory's for an annual camping trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The accommodations were simple, yet entirely suitable for our needs - they were clean, comfortable, and met all our requirements. What stood out was that this place is a family-run business operated by a father and his adult children. Their dedication and care were evident in how well organized everything was, and they were incredibly nice throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our experience at Gregory's was the delicious coffee available daily in their store. It was a delightful way to start each morning and kept us energized for our camping adventures. And on weekends, they offered a lovely brunch that was a true delight. We plan to stay again at Gregory's. The family's warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the tasty coffee and brunch, made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved it. Rich is so nice and they make you feel like family. He was so sweet and made me feel right at home. It is also super clean and has everything you could possibly need and want. It is in the best location as well!

They treat you like family here and they are just so very nice people. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast they serve is delicious. They try very hard to meet your every need. They general store is perfectly stocked with necessary items. We are already booked again for next year. They still need to get a better wifi signal. That’s not on them, but the provider.

It’s not fancy but it is so clean. Rooms are a good size. Has more than everything you need. Plus the store is right next door if you forget anything. The family that runs it is amazing. So friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff,,, great breakfast menu,, yummy!! Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich. Close to boat ramp and marina. Affordable prices for rooms. We will definitely be back!!!

If I could give them more stars, I would!! I cannot say enough great things about this place!! Very clean rooms, well kept property, the general store has everything at great prices and the best breakfast in Shelbyville! This is a family run business and some of the best people I have ever met!! I can’t wait to go back!! The kitchenettes are actually bigger than they appear online too! They even give you dishes, silverware, towels, very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers!!! Lots of fire pits, seating and charcoal grills too!! Thank you for everything!! I can’t wait to book again!!

As always the staff is amazing! The room was clean, nice and just what we expected! We always look forward to the little welcome bag. We always recommend Gregory's to all of our friends. The store is well stocked, the breakfast is great and the prices are just right!
