GreenTree Inn of Holbrook - Featured Reviews (244)
In Holbrook you’re not expecting the Four Seasons. Pretty much a drive through town where you sleep for a night. this place has a great, friendly staff. Rooms are nice and newly remodeled. They have a fridge in each room. Pillows were super hard so that wasn’t great but hey, I could lay my head down and sleep and that’s what I did. Price is very reasonable.. i stayed in most of the hotels in Holbrook. This is the best one. Place is in good shape and very reasonably priced.
Clean comfortable and reasonably priced Easy access to freeway. Restaurant next door. Little dog park across the street. Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels. Breakfast was okay. Could use alittle bit more variety. Would stay again if in the area.
Very clean, simple, remodeled room that smells fresh. Basics are supplied. Continental breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and professional. They made it easy to check in and out. When traveling through we will definitely book again. Also, the price can’t be beat! Great value! Thanks for the experience.
I have an 8 month old puppy with me, and she apparently doesn't handle noisy, chaotic truck stops overnight very well as neither of us got any sleep until about 2am the night before I came here. So when I left the Petrified Forest last night at almost 9pm, I decided I didn't want to hunt up a quiet place to sleep for the night and did a quick Google search of nearby motels. I wanted something less than $100, more than 4* rating and allowed dogs. GreenTree was quite literally the 1st place that came up. The pet fee is an extra $10 per animal, with taxes my 1 night stay came out to $99. The room was clean and had no carpet (perfect with pets), the bed was comfy, the shower was clean and the water was hot, the staff were kind and professional, the continental breakfast was average. I honestly have nothing to complain about. The only thing I think they could improve upon is that there's a square patch in the middle of the parking lot with rock, if they could make it grass or fake grass, mark it as a spot for pets to do their business then it'd be a perfect place for dogs to go potty and I believe they'd have significantly fewer people leaving their pet's waste around the parking lot, so in the long run it'd be easier for the staff to keep the parking lot clean. However, I do understand that keeping grass green in AZ is nearly impossible, but even fake grass would be nice as a lot of dogs won't go potty outside without grass or they take a long time to do so. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not only recommend to other people, but would also come again myself.
We had 2 different rooms which is what we ask for, however 1 room had what appeared to be a blood stained mattress and there was food in refrigerator from last guest. The other room was comfortable, shower took way to long to get hot so I skipped that. Next morning at check out door locked no attendant for 10 minutes and no breakfast. On the plus side due to a train derailment there was no trains running thru the night!
We were recommended to this hotel, and I'm so pleased we used it. The room was spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable. It was one of the nicest cleanest rooms we've had since starting our trip through America. 😁
I would avoid this chain. We booked a night directly with the hotel through the hotel website and then cancelled well in advance. We cancelled by calling the number provided in the email confirmation from the hotel chain. No third party was involved. Was charged anyway. Called and was told supervisor had to approve. Waited a week-called again-no notation etc. had been made. The employee actually recommended we just contest the charge on our credit card.
We stayed for only one night to visit Petrified Forest National Park. In that time, the AC did not work properly overnight, I was woken up by housekeeping knocking at 8:53 am, and worst of all got bitten by bedbugs. We reported the issue to their staff the next day and no one has followed up with us in over 48 hours after being told the manager would call us back 'if they wanted to'. This property is also incredibly loud from road noise and additionally you can hear every conversation from the rooms next to you or the walkway.
Best Western agains prove its reputation as well maintained. The location is just off the freeway , yet removed far enough to avoid traffic noise. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast selection is good. Parking is close to the rooms. V
This place is new since the last time we drove through Holbrook. The coffee is great and not ridiculously expensive. We were served through the drive thru by Piper who told us she'd been there since they opened. She was very pleasant and it was a fan
Great small town museum. Free entry and very friendly staff. Lots to see on many levels. The signage can be vague and is a little small but it was well worth the stop
Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. It was good. The garlic bread was great. Had a beer out of Sedona AZ. Oak Creek something somethingâ¦. Great beer. Server and busboy were slammed with customers. Server was able to hold her cool and direct bus
When we got there the bathrooms were getting repaired.so we didnât have anywhere to use the restroom at first but they said it would be ready soon so we went to the store to stock up on snacks and when we came back, one of the staff informed us sin
I had the fajita combo, and my wife had the two burrito combo. We definitely had enough food. One combo would've been enough for the both of us, but the leftovers were good the next day. The rice and beans were great. The fajitas were amazingly de
