Great, fairly priced hotel. The room was clean and looks recently remodeled. Clean linens and towels, friendly customer service and spacious room for the price. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Would stay again. The front end staff were kind and welcoming. My kids loved the shower. It has a modern look to it.

Very attentive and friendly staff. I didn't wait hardly at all at the counter, which is rare for a lot of hotels. The check in was quick and easy from the clear instructions given by the host. Rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was great. I appreciate the fact that you can order from the front desk and they'll bring the food to your table. The only two suggestions I have is to get fluffier pillows and have the towels be a little softer

Nice location. Easy to get to. The staff was really friendly. The place is nice and clean. Could use a little updating but it was all I needed and under $100. Used Priceline to book. Had to pay $5.25 hotel fee when I got there. They let you order a hot burrito or hot breakfast sandwich. One per person. It was decent. We didn’t have body soap. And when we asked they forgot. But we found a housekeeper and she hooked us up. I feel they need a little more help. But overall good stay. Would stay again.

I am shocked with what you get for the price! Plenty of food during their breakfast hours. 4 different cereal options, juices, good bagels and cream cheese, butter and jams. Coffee isn't the best but they have good creamer. There's a microwave in the room, so if you need something special, bring your own and use fridge or microwave. Towels aren't the Hilton but they aren't from dollar store. The rooms have plenty of space and love having a closet! Don't pay attention to the details like small paint touch ups or corners in bathroom. Again, the rates are great here! Definitely will continue to stay here! (Oh this visit we had a lead footed family above us. Sucked but I could have turned tv up lol.) There's a security latch on door for inside. I rather these hotels than having to go in and out through lobby. Especially if you bring a pet.

Family was looking to get away for the weekend. Found a pretty good deal for a single night at the a Green Tree Inn and wasn't too concerned by the recent renovations. We finally get to the room and see that those pictures online are a little deceiving. Our AC in the room was already set to 70 degrees, but the unit was barely pushing out cold air until we set it down to 65. The floors were still very dirty. The beds were surprisingly stiff and uncomfortable and the breakfast was just plain at best. Ultimately you get what you pay for, buyer beware.

An older hotel "roughly remodeled" with serviceable rooms. Service was helpful but understaffed. Our first room did not have workable A/C, but were able to move. Pool was not available and basically "shut down permanently". Breakfast is not really although that good and options are very, very limited.

Great convenient location. Easy to access off the freeway. Room was clean and well kept. Wifi worked well and staff were really friendly. We went when it was snowing and the staff ensured that the walkways were clear of snow. Breakfast was great as we got a choice of custom made breakfast burritos. Hidden gem. We will be back for sure!

I have to say our day was a huge disappointment. This was a work trip so at the end of the day we were tired when we got there. The bed really was not comfortable at all. They had just installed PVC flooring. I don’t know about everybody else, but I like my feet to Hit some kind of a warm floor this floor was freezing. And then the bathroom the toilet did not flush and came right up to the rim full of water. I called the front desk, I couldn’t believe this, but the girl at the front desk said “oh yeah, if you come down to the front desk, will give you a plunger. Are you kidding me? I don’t plunge toilets for $120 a night. And to top it off the “Free breakfast” consisted of the cheapest tasteless apples that you have ever tasted.. 5 muffins on display, juice, and cereal. I would’ve thought the selection would’ve been a little fresher and a little more variety we went to a restaurant instead.. so green tree if this is your standard of excellence….no thank you
