I’m very disappointed! I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this time it’s needed. I grew up in Florence and have been coming to see friends there for over 20 years. I have been staying at this hotel ever since it first opened as a holiday inn (wish it still was) I have stayed a few times with this new company, it’s been a while but has always been good. This past Saturday my friend and I stayed and I’m not happy. The front “electric” doors didn’t open or close we had to manually slide them. The girl at the desk was alright she wasn’t mean but you can tell she doesn’t love her job or people being there. The beds in the room were tilted like the foot of the bed was up higher than the head of the bed. Both were the same, so weird. The carpet felt moist like it was just drying (not from being cleaned) thinking it had water damage In the room because of the floor and what looked like new patch work not done very well. If there wasn’t water damage then I have questions. The coffee maker was dirty, some weird stains on the box springs, don’t want to think about that and to top it all off the beds and pillows sucked. The beds don’t even seem like they belong there. I was so looking forward to the comfortable beds and pillows that use to be there. I’m very sad they were so horrible to sleep on. That’s always my favorite part of the hotels. So I don’t plan on staying there anymore. But on a positive note they don’t have bed bugs we checked. There was noone at the desk when we checked out to let them know. Very sad

I've stayed here 6 or 7 times. This time was different. The girl at the front desk was awesome. The room wasn't very clean. Dusty, the beds were made sloppy, the tub drain had hair, the floor in the bathroom had dirt in the corners. I was definitely disappointed. Management, please take a good look at the rooms. I use to love this place. It's going downhill.

Very nice accommodations. Pool, patio, 2 gas grills, fireplaces, and a hot tub that have handicap seats to lower you in and a exercise room. Daniel at the front desk is so nice and friendly. He made the check in process pleasant. All of the employees that I had contact with were very nice.I definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent 3 nights here. Nice place, good breakfast, awesome staff, clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. My dog thought so too. Would definitely go back.

Positive: I like the jacuzzi hot tub rooms. Negative: We arrived after paying a very high price for the room and was delayed two hours before we could check in because their system was updating.

Booked over the phone with the receptionist. They booked me for the wrong evening (the evening before we were set to arrive). We found out upon arriving in AZ that they had made this mistake. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager the entire time I was staying there. They said any changes to my stay fees would have to be worked out after the fact and that needed to sign the payment folio anyway, and it would be "worked out." When management finally contacted me she was rude they were unwilling to correct their mistake and charged me for both evenings.

The water was shut off by the city to the hotel. No running water or working toilets. We were told that we could check out and not be charged for the next night since they may not have water yet. The next week I noticed a charge for $147 for the night we did not stay. They charged us $147 for a room with NO running water or working toilet. WOW!! The hotel has other problems but no water was the BIG one. Can't believe the staff.

Couldn’t check in at advertised check in time of 3pm. Luggage had to be toted upstairs as elevator non-functioning. Hardest bed I’ve ever (not) slept on. Scam prices, my bill shows I was charged twice for state, city and county taxes. Wayyyyyy overpriced for how dingy and gross it was.
