GreenTree Hotel & Extended Stay I-10 FWY: Houston, Channelview, Baytown - Hotel in Channelview - 15157 East Fwy, USA

The motel is an older motel but is nice and clean. The Manager is absolutely amazing! He is caring and kind. He walks around and checks on people that are relaxing or having breakfast. He gives out his personal cell in case there are any problems and addresses them quickly. The staff is also polite and very kind. I will 100% stay here again if in the area. The pool, gym, basketball goal and airplane play equipment was perfect to help entertain our group of 20 people! They have gates that are locked at night and security that does patrol! He is very nice and helpful as well.

I'm a truck driver and found this place while looking for somewhere close to my delivery. I have never been greeted so friendly by a hotel staff in my life. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Chrystal was the best and very welcoming. The bar was top notch and the pool is beautiful. We had a great time here. I'll definitely be back if ever in the area again and wanting a break from the truck.

I had a great stay here. The rooms are good for the price and the service is excellent. The manager and employees are respectful and friendly. I'll definitely keep this hotel in mind the next time I need to book something in Houston.

This place was nice and cozy, staff was very helpful. And Mike the owner went above and beyond to make sure we ( my kids and I) were taken care of . That made me feel good. And the rooms were very nice , very clean, the pool was beautiful and the upkeep was emaculant. Definitely will be back! Thank you Mike !

I booked this room due to our home having no electricity due to the storm. I read the reviews and looked at the pictures online and for the great price I immediately booked! We arrived early and the lady up front (I believe her name was Glenda she was very nice and helpful) asked the cleaning lady if our room was ready which it wasn’t and to come back in an hour. We came back an hour later as I paid and was given our hotel key. As my kids and I were about to head to the room with our things the cleaning lady asked us what room we were going to and I stated “room 233” in which she said “it’s not ready yet” WHAT?? You specifically told us to come back in an hour why was our room not prepared in that time. By this time it’s after 3:00pm and they’re still cleaning the room. NOTHING WAS DONE. The beds were being made while my kids sat there and watched, they didn’t vacuum, they didn’t clean the bathroom (I went in there and hair was all in the tub plus no towels) they didn’t dust…nothing!! The ladies were apologetic and nice though. Also THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE! I mentioned it as soon as I walked in the room. I was already tired and exhausted from our hour drive and having no electricity the past few days. This property is more like a motel and the pictures look NOTHING like how they look online! It looks run down from the outside and very outdated on the inside. The positives were the staff ! Every single person was extremely nice. They do have a pool (which didn’t look clean) and a bar/kitchen in the lobby which looked nice. I had a drink at the bar. My allergies were going crazy in the room due to the stench of smoke. I checked out around 9pm the same day we got there (our electricity was back on) I definitely would’ve splurged on a better hotel room! But if you’re on a budget this place is for you.

Excellent service. Very comfortable and cozy room. I really enjoyed the stay, the manager Mike Liam is the "PERFECTION MADE PERSON " , He will go far and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cuddled like home...... I WILL DEFINITELY RACCOMAND THIS HOTEL IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA!!!

The customer service is amazing…They’re punctual with cleaning…Breakfast served on time .. Have to top my hat off to Mr Mike the manager at this location…He has good heart.. A good person all the way around and if I had to choose any location, it would be this one right here in Channelview from the front desk clerks and the stay was amazing. Highly recommend.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, clean sheets and comforter, A/C works, hot water and great water pressure, and security guard patrolling property. The front desk service and owners were very polite and accomodating. Pool was clean and usable.The inside bar was fun and not rowdy.All in all, it exceded my expectations for the low price you pay.will definately stay here again.
